The team at Samary Care were very responsive, caring and supportive. They were more concerned about my brother's care than time sheets and made great efforts to ensure he got the support he needed, they were very dependable.

From the very start, Samary Care have provided an excellent service and we couldn't be more appreciative of the team for all the help, care and support we have received throughout. I have had a great experience with the carer who was taking care of me since my discharge from the hospital. The carer is very polite and very kind she is always on time which is also reflected in her management. She is very professional and always answers the phone calls when I need her. I am very pleased with Samary Care services and the support they have offered me.

After a mixed start, due to the NHS discharge team providing incorrect care requirements, my father has received excellent care and been very pleased with the carers themselves. Overseeing personal care and medications, provision of meals and grocery shopping, as a family, we've all been pleased with everything that has been done for my father. Carers and management are in direct contact with us via group chats so we can discuss any issues quickly.

Friendly and professional. It was good for my dad that he always knew who was coming and had one main carer. Although he was very deaf, they always took time to make themselves understood and left the house clean and tidy.

The only reason for the short tenure was the complications of my stepmum living in a rural area and the lack of a decent bus servicing the village, as the route given the extreme weather we have had has been delayed or diverted for one reason or another. Overall excellent service was provided.
