The ladies at Guardian Angels really do live up to their name! They have been looking after Mum since July this year and we can highly recommend them. Mum has Alzheimer's but is still very independent and wants to stay in her own home. She really didn't want anyone coming into her house and felt she didn't need any help. However, with Guardian Angels she really looks forward to their visits and sees them more as friends than carers. Nothing is too much trouble and they will help Mum with anything she is struggling with, as well as making sure she has eaten and taken her medication. Everyone is so professional but also kind and caring and couldn't be nicer. Special mention to one of the business owners who made a real fuss of Mum on her recent big birthday with a beautiful birthday cake. Thank you all!
Thank you so much for this delightful review! We all love going to see your mum. Her quick wit and sense of humour mean there's never a boring visit!
Once we found Guardian Angels things became much easier and we were able to share and discuss some of the changes we were having to deal with. We were all, but especially my mother-in-law, treated with the upmost respect, care and understanding. We managed to get into a good routine and all the 'angels' were amazing, always on time and nothing was too much trouble. They were never in a rush to leave and always made my in-laws feel special. Sadly, things have moved on now and we no longer see the smiling faces every day, but we do miss them all. Thank you all once again.
Thank you so very much for this wonderful review. We understand how difficult it is when there are changes to routines and requirements. We're so pleased we were able to assist your parents-in-law and to transition to their 'new life' and that our visits were of such value to you all. Our...
I am very satisfied and pleased with the caring and attention I am given. I so look forward to their knock on the door, it gives a boost to my day. I would miss each and every one of them. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. All our Care Angels love visiting you!
They have the utmost of professionalism, along with compassion, support for all the family involved, and most of all assessing and then caring for the needs of your loved one.
We had been looking after my father, who has advanced Dementia, for some time at home but there came a point when we could no longer do this without some additional help.
The options we were given were so flexible and it was so important to us to be able to have the same carer/ers visiting, as Dad would not have tolerated lots of different people helping him with his personal care, in his home.
They have provided such personable friendly service; we could not have managed without them!
It has been so precious to us as we could not have kept Dad at home as long as we did.
Thank you for your lovely review, it means a lot to know you were happy with the care provided by the team and wish your Dad well.
His care was never rushed and my only wish was that we could have remained with them.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. Your kind words are appreciated and it is great to hear you were happy with the services we provided. Kind regards, the whole team.

Meet the Team (15)
I wanted to help people manage these concerns and this is what lead me to start a care company.
Guardian Angel Carers is a franchise that I knew would give us the support and reputation we need to build our own successful care company. Not only does its values align with ours, but it also has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that we can tap into as we grow and develop.
Since starting the business I have now completed my Level 5 in Adult Leaders, which has given me an insight into the Adult Social Care Sector.
I started my career in care when I was 17, working in a small care home in Bridlington. I wanted to do something that made a difference. Over the years, I have worked in many different settings, including care homes, domiciliary care, working on a specialist dementia unit, and 1-1 care for a young person with Cerebral Palsy.
I have cared for my own grandma during the last 5 years of her life, who had dementia.
I have a passion for care, which stems from my need to help people and make their lives easier and enjoyable.
When I applied to work at Guardian Angel Carers in 2023, I was almost giving up on my career in care. I had decided as a mum to spend more time with my family, and this need for flexible hours meant I was turned away by most care companies. This was not the case with Guardian Angel Carers; they embraced this and could see that my experience and drive were more important.
I already had my Level 3 in care, and since joining, I have progressed further than I could have imagined. I was promoted in 2024 to Care Supervisor and then in 2025 to Care Manager, and following my successful CQC application, I am now proud to be the Registered Care Manager.
I wanted to be a carer because I’ve always loved to help people and believe everyone should have access to the best quality care that someone can offer. Being able to make a difference in someone’s day is really important to me; even just a simple smile and a kind word can do so much if someone’s having a bad day.
I believe the most important qualities in a carer are compassion, kindness and understanding.
I have cared for several members of my family over the past 10 years and wanted to take forward my experiences of that to provide excellent support for those needing it.
I have always been a caring and thoughtful person. I decided to change career following the 2019 pandemic. I have three years of experience as a care professional and I find the work enjoyable and rewarding.
Nicola lives in France and flies over to the UK to provide live-in care to our clients. Whether that be a few weeks to assist with convalescence or long-term care as a comforting alternative to moving into a care home.
I enjoy knowing I have helped someone in their day-to-day life as it makes me feel warm. It is something I consider will be my career going forward.
I like to feel that I have done something useful and helped those in my community.
I believe it is important to always be kind and positive despite how you may be feeling that day.
I am proud of the feedback I once got about my ability to bring calmness to a situation that started as quite challenging.
I’m proud of how far I have come as a Carer. I know what an important role it is and that my worth is recognised by myself and others.
I feel it is important to treat people as you would, as if they were your own family member. Care for people with the kindness and respect that you’d expect from someone trusted to care for you.
Jane believes it is important to be passionate about caring for the individuals you support with respect, dignity and empathy.
I enjoy helping people and making them feel good.
I love gardening, knitting, drawing, and baking, to name a few.
I'm most proud of my empathy and ability to listen to others at work, but also in daily life.
I like coming home at the end of the day and feeling like I've made a difference. I am a really caring person who would go above and beyond for anyone, and I treat clients like I would my family
