I have recently been diagnosed with some back problems and arthritis that left me in bed for a couple of months. I was feeling helpless and couldn’t do any of my daily activities. I contacted Caresify initially as I needed someone to escort me on my doctor's appointments and pick up my medication. Not only that but my lovely carers have helped me with all house cleaning and shopping. All my carers and the manager have been so helpful and treated me with respect. Honestly I couldn’t recommend them enough. Not only did they take me through endless night waits on A&E, but with them being one phone call away and their support I managed to return to work and continue my life as before. Although the pain does not go away the right care makes such a difference in your mental health and emotional support.

The caregivers weren't just highly skilled; they genuinely cared about my niece's well-being. My mother and I have been very happy with the service provided by Caresify and the manager - she has been very supportive, caring and understanding and is always readily approachable to deal with any queries or requests in a timely manner - her communication is clear and instantaneous, which is very reassuring.
