Very good experience overall. The manager is such a warm kind hearted person and was always available when we needed her. Very good carers especially one certain staff member. Thank you very much for your services.

I have recently been diagnosed with some back problems and arthritis that left me in bed for a couple of months. I was feeling helpless and couldn’t do any of my daily activities. I contacted Caresify initially as I needed someone to escort me on my doctor's appointments and pick up my medication....
I have recently been diagnosed with some back problems and arthritis that left me in bed for a couple of months. I was feeling helpless and couldn’t do any of my daily activities. I contacted Caresify initially as I needed someone to escort me on my doctor's appointments and pick up my medication. Not only that but my lovely carers have helped me with all house cleaning and shopping. All my carers and the manager have been so helpful and treated me with respect. Honestly I couldn’t recommend them enough. Not only did they take me through endless night waits on A&E, but with them being one phone call away and their support I managed to return to work and continue my life as before. Although the pain does not go away the right care makes such a difference in your mental health and emotional support.

My mother and I have been very happy with the service provided by Caresify and the manager - she has been very supportive, caring and understanding and is always readily approachable to deal with any queries or requests in a timely manner - her communication is clear and instantaneous, which is very reassuring. Caresify are great in so many ways. They are on call and allow me to be flexible with the care I need for my grandmother. Although it took some initial discussions recently on how I need to operate (with flexibility) both the manager and director have finally understood that the care help we require is out of my control and I cannot always plan ahead which I know is their preference.
However, moving forward, they have now understood and work very closely in trying to support me and the family as best they can and as quickly as they can which really alleviates the stress.
The carers have, for the most part, been really great, bar a couple of exceptions and lateness but when this is fed back to them they use this feedback and don’t provide the same people again.
Just one small improvement would be to always make sure invoices are correct, by checking timings are accurate and names are always presented with the client, before issuing an invoice.
However, moving forward, they have now understood and work very closely in trying to support me and the family as best they can and as quickly as they can which really alleviates the stress.
