I contacted Eagle Eye Agencies Ltd as my mum needed support, she has dementia. They responded promptly and sent a care manager to do the assessment and immediately arranged for professional carers to start supporting her. They are caring and my mum is happy I would recommend them to those who ever need care services.

My cousin was diagnosed with dementia two years ago. Last year we had to get an agency to help with her care. Someone recommended Eagle Eye Agencies. We contacted them and they started searching for a member of staff to help my cousin. The carers have been invaluable in helping my cousin with all aspects of hygiene, diet and companionship. Our cousin is so happy with the care she is getting and we are grateful Eagle Eye Agency is an excellent agency.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care that was provided to my aunt when she came out of the hospital with a knee replacement. I consider Eagle Eye Agencies as exceptional. The carer showed professionalism, compassion and dedication. She really went beyond my expectations. She arrived on time, even when she was required to come three times a day. She gave both emotional and physical support to my aunty. I must say that my aunty said, "I have received the best care possible".
