Overall Experience

We used Freeda Care services for our very elderly mother (100 years old) and so glad we did. FreedaCare was recommended to us as my mother did not want to go into a home. The care and support provided over the last two years , was second to none. Excellent care and support was provided. Daily reports written up and recorded, so we always knew how mum was. I would and will recommend others to use Freeda Care services, as a trustworthy and professional company. Keep up the good work Freeda.

Overall Experience

I have, from the outset of this service relationship with FreedaCare to be very acceptable. The service engagement provided has been very acceptable and knowledgable and that is ongoing. They provide good, patient, informative care of our relative and readily share strategies and reflections as situations change, they show kindness and are professional with all. Staff are prompt, attentive, courteous.

Overall Experience
Nomofrau Services came recommended by my aunt on my grandfather's side.
As British-born Jamaicans, care was/is not something that is usually considered, usually the family pulls together or takes the elderly relative in.

Times have changed and now in most families, all parties work or study. I live with my Grandmother and work. Nomofrau Services have provided exceptional care to my strong-willed Jamaican-born Gran - 100 years old. A milestone we weren’t sure we would see but with the extra care provided by Nomofrau Services, we are still able to keep her safe and well at home. Nomofrau are respectful of our wishes and preferences and we are also respectful of the professional knowledge and guidance they provide. Nomofrau staff are friendly and well-liked by our family. The two staff I’ve seen are patient with my grandmother, she is blind but will still argue about the light’s being on or off or it being day or night. Excellent communication. I highly recommend and appreciate them.
