This carer has provided care for our mother since she came home from hospital after a serious fall over 2 years ago. We are lucky enough to have the same carer 4 times a day, 7 days a week. She lovingly looks after mum's personal care, prepares her breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snack. Mum...
This carer has provided care for our mother since she came home from hospital after a serious fall over 2 years ago. We are lucky enough to have the same carer 4 times a day, 7 days a week. She lovingly looks after mum's personal care, prepares her breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snack. Mum is housebound so she walks mum round her flat with her zimmer frame to give her daily exercise. After dinner she invariably sits with her keeping her company before getting her ready for bed. We are happy that mum is always clean and tidy, well fed and has her hearing aids removed each night and put back in in the morning. She has alerted the GP of any health concerns she has and called out the relevant nurse. Basically she has alleviated all our worries, and even more so if we are away on holiday. We are 100% happy. Mum loves her like a daughter and we would thoroughly recommend this agency.
