We have found Go Care Ltd to be an excellent care provider. They were quick to mobilise when we approached them for care, my grandma had a fall, the quality of the carers has been consistent. We have found Go Care Ltd to be an excellent care provider. They were quick to mobilise when we approached them for care, my grandma had a fall, the quality of the carers has been consistent. They're caring, experienced and always happy to go the extra mile as a company, we have found Go Care Ltd to be both responsive and helpful on any queries we have raised.
The initial assessment was comprehensive and detailed and resulted in them gaining a very good understanding of my grandma, all in all, a very positive experience.
