Florence Care and Consultancy Service Ltd was the most amazing find!
As I live in Australia, it was imperative for me to find someone who I could trust who could assist my elderly father to live independently at home. With a cancer diagnosis and dementia this was a complex situation and my Dad was
reluctant to receive care.
She introduced herself to my Dad at his own pace, taking time to get to know him and his values and easing him into accepting care as he began to develop They were flexible in adapting to my Dads needs as they developed, going out of her way to keep connected with me despite me being 10-12 hours ahead of UK time. This greatly decreased my levels of stress.
Florie is compassionate, caring, hard-working, experienced and reliable and I would not hesitate in recommending her to care for a loved one. I have greatly valued her experience kindness and expertise.
