My mother trusted her implicitly. Her kindness is amazing.

Poppy has been caring for mum for some years and has been so wonderful in her hair for mum, kind and loving.

Overall, mums' carers are very good. She has two who have been with her for several years. She is very fond of them. Most days, they are on time, and they give Mum lots of respect and care. I cannot praise them enough. Since Mum's stroke, there is the addition of one more carer, which I can't comment on as yet.

My and my husbands expeirnece of your company is one of excellence. Our previous carers were horrible and did not understand my husband's mixed dementia in the slightest. Your carers are always on time and having the same carers makes all the difference to him. They are caring and understanding, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
