He is caring and goes the extra mile. He is good at cooking and cleaning also always on time. He also prepares for showing and creaming my legs. We are like best friends.

I am very happy with my daily (6 days a week) carer but she says and I can see that she is unable to complete her care tasks in 45 minutes which I have (previously it was 1 hour in the morning at least). My balance is far worse than before at the moment. I agree and think my carer is correct in this. I have had the once a week carer once and am happy with the care she was able to give me in the time, as best she could.

The carer is absolutely fantastic. She is friendly, professional, very experienced and down to earth, one of the best we ever had. I could not doubt her in any way. Very happy to have her.

We have a great carer for our mum, comes on time, does what she has to with great respect to my mum, although to age of my mum can sometimes be stroppy, she, the carer is always patient and does the great care. Well experienced and great training from the group of employers.

My main 3x per day carer was exceptional. Polite, courteous, always helpful and nothing was too much bother for her. It was a pleasure to have her in the house.

I am very very sorry to lose her, the replacement didn't match up to her in any way.

The carers who were allocated to me I found them all to be very nice and helpful especially the main carer that I had. I was extremely upset to know that she is no longer with me as my carer, she is extremely polite and both had a friendly relationship. Please bring my carer back to me!

My carer is very helpful, kind and friendly and has a very sunny disposition. If I have any problems I go to her and she helps me sort them out.

One member of staff in particular has been very helpful with my dad. He currently visits 3 times a day and it has been very reassuring for the family to know that he is there to keep an eye on him. He checks to make sure the washing-up has been done or if my dad needs help with anything. Helps him to have a wash or to heat up a meal. He has also been good company for my dad. He is always friendly and polite and arrives in a timely manner. Thank you for all your help.
