I have used Exceptional Care At Home since I came out of hospital 5 weeks ago. The service e proved is very good, I especially like it that I have the same carer apart from on their day off which I have had to same person replacement.

We have the most loving and caring carer from Exceptional Care. She is hard-working and meets all the requirements.
We are very happy with the care provider with looking after my elderly father-in-law who has many medical complications, including diabetes, dialysis, a stroke patient, mobility issues,

One member of staff in particular has been very helpful with my dad. He currently visits 3 times a day and it has been very reassuring for the family to know that he is there to keep an eye on him. He checks to make sure the washing-up has been done or if my dad needs help with anything. Helps him to
have a wash or to heat up a meal. He has also been good company for my dad. He is always friendly and polite and arrives in a timely manner. Thank you for all your help.

My carer is very punctual. He comes on time. He is a clean, neat and smart young man. He learnt quickly once I told him what to do.
He does the job meticulously. He has good manners, polite, gentle and caring person.

The carer was there to provide help in the bathroom and the bedroom should I lose my balance. In addition he helped me by handing my clothes as needed. He also provided security that someone was always near me for the hour that he was with me.
He was a very patient and placid person.

My son had 6 weeks of care following a 4-month hospital/rehab stay. He had a carer every morning to help with showering and dressing. All the staff were punctual, courteous and respectful. Any queries through your office were dealt with promptly.

We had two carers from Exceptional Care At Home. One came for five days and the other for two days. Both carers were very good with Mum. Very kind, gentle, considerate and respectful. They helped Mum with her daily exercise and light massage to help get her muscles moving following her discharge from
hospital. The one we had for five days also gave Mum great company and Mum used to look forward to her coming home. The carers are good and I would definitely recommend them.

I've lived in this area for over 20 years & have a genuine desire to help people remain living at home for as long as possible by providing the highest levels of care. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone become more independent, whether that's being able to manage their medication again without assistance or having the ability to walk down to the shops again after a fall.
