My son had 6 weeks of care following a 4-month hospital/rehab stay. He had a carer every morning to help with showering and dressing. All the staff were punctual, courteous and respectful. Any queries through your office were dealt with promptly.

We had two carers from Exceptional Care At Home. One came for five days and the other for two days. Both carers were very good with Mum. Very kind, gentle, considerate and respectful. They helped Mum with her daily exercise and light massage to help get her muscles moving following her discharge from hospital. The one we had for five days also gave Mum great company and Mum used to look forward to her coming home. The carers are good and I would definitely recommend them.

I had a bad fall at home and fractured bones in my shoulder as well as dislocating it. The hospital arranged a care package for me as I like alone. The carer that was assigned to me has been so helpful and caring, always arriving on time with a smile to help me. I could not have managed without her help. The carers are aware of my medical problems and take care to ensure I do not lose my balance and help me with my medication and my ointments. They are honest and if I need help or advice if they are not sure I will ask the most experienced carer, the doctors or the medical centre.

The carers provided by Exceptional Care At Home are superb. Extremely reliable, always polite and courteous, they have been warm-hearted and kind and have treated my mother with the utmost dignity. Mum has three visits a day. She has been attended by two carers at each visit as she is bedbound and they have both always displayed a true intention of wanting to provide the best possible care and satisfy all of her needs. Together they have created such a friendly atmosphere in our home and this has been made possible by the fact that Mum always has the same carers.

I've lived in this area for over 20 years & have a genuine desire to help people remain living at home for as long as possible by providing the highest levels of care. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone become more independent, whether that's being able to manage their medication again without assistance or having the ability to walk down to the shops again after a fall.
