The carers provided by Exceptional Care At Home are superb. Extremely reliable, always polite and courteous, they have been warm-hearted and kind and have treated my mother with the utmost dignity. The carers provided by Exceptional Care At Home are superb. Extremely reliable, always polite and courteous, they have been warm-hearted and kind and have treated my mother with the utmost dignity. Mum has three visits a day. She has been attended by two carers at each visit as she is bedbound and they have both always displayed a true intention of wanting to provide the best possible care and satisfy all of her needs. Together they have created such a friendly atmosphere in our home and this has been made possible by the fact that Mum always has the same carers.

Carers are doing very good work. They help me having a shower, washing, medication and other households. I am very satisfied with the service. They also help me with my shopping. Overall I am very happy with the carers.
