Exceptional Care indeed! My relative was so lucky to be cared for so well by Exceptional Care At Home. The carers are so truly amazing at what they do and they are also very kind and compassionate.

They provide an excellent service and support to relatives as well and they are so caring and committed, honest and reliable. I could not wish for a better company, full and high praise and always fully endorsed and recommended and rated highly. Thank you for all you do for your clients.

Overall Experience

Carers are doing very good work. They help me having a shower, washing, medication and other households. I am very satisfied with the service. They also help me with my shopping. Overall I am very happy with the carers.

We had the care for my husband for 2 weeks. The carers (male) were very polite and caring towards my dear husband. I can't praise them enough.

I've lived in this area for over 20 years & have a genuine desire to help people remain living at home for as long as possible by providing the highest levels of care. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone become more independent, whether that's being able to manage their medication again without assistance or having the ability to walk down to the shops again after a fall. My team provide kind, consistent acts of kindness which have a life-changing impact on our clients.
