I am very happy with the experience and care provided from the company. The carer I have every day is lovely and very professional.

They had a great sense of humour and laughed every day with mum.

Main carer is very patient and kind, punctual and helpful. I do worry about the long distance carers travel. Very efficient as well.

We are in our first week of care assistance and already feels like part of the family. Very flexible with our needs.

I really enjoy how punctual the carer is, it makes it so much easier planning and working around the carer as she is never too late, it's way less stressful, the carer is the same time too which is much better than having multiple carers as I feel like she can then manage the caring better as communicating between carer isn't necessary. The carer is very nice too and shows a lot of incentive, very happy with her.

I have been in receipt of exceptional care from 3 of the most exceptional carers I have ever met. Given that I only met them last Friday the 1st of June. I met them both only last Friday 01/06/25 - enough said!! This Wednesday, 11/06/23, I met the third carer, she is the 3rd of 3 excellent carers beyond compare. Exceptional Care are above and way beyond - on the 1-10 scale they achieve a supersonic rating. 5 stars and more.

The lady sent to cook morning breakfast, lunch, and evening meal and also give me a sponge bath etc is excellent in everything I've asked her to do and more. I would recommend her to friends and family, she is always polite and helpful.

We would like to thank you for the exceptional and outstanding care provided to my aunt during her last 18 months of her life. The quality of care was constantly excellent and it gave us peace of mind to be looked after with professionalism and kindness. We were especially touched by the constant care from the regular carer whose presence brought warmth, stability and a professional touch that felt more like family than service. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little easier.

Your carers and company live up to the 'Exceptional Care' name. Dad is well looked after, kept clean and attention to any pressure sore/redness. We like to think of the girls as our surrogate daughters. Also when we needed to modify times, no hassle, instant help. Best of all dealing with real humans, not AI or sent to an impersonal website.

The carers are proficient. Friendly and considerate to mum's needs. I have no complaints about them or the service provider.

The care is very good the carer looks after and deals with my mother in an amazing manner. Makes sure all tasks are done precisely and within the time frame. We are happy with the care received from the carer.

My mother has been looked after by two carers for about 4 months now and she has no complaints about the care she receives. I have found that they keep her house clean and orderly and show great compassion as she is bed bound now. As the same carers visit, this means my mother gets to know them and they also go out of their way to support her. From watering her plant to cooking the things she enjoys. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

Our carer is young and not very well trained. Would have preferred a more experienced person. I should not have had to tell her every day what to do especially as my mother was on a rehab programme.

My carers have been helping with my medication, also I have problems with balance and support. When I get twinges in my hip they massage me. They help me with all the food preparation to a tasty level for me. I love the care and empathy they give when they see me, always. They always do everything to a high standard, they clean my kitchen and help me get things up and down so I don't fall. Always lift me when I sit as I get stuck. Thank you.
