My and my husbands expeirnece of your company is one of excellence. Our previous carers were horrible and did not understand my husband's mixed dementia in the slightest. Your carers are always on time and having the same carers makes all the difference to him. They are caring and understanding, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff on the phone are friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

My main carer was superb. She was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she carried out her role always with a smile. Thanks to everyone for organising all your help in my recovery after an accidental fall.

They have been looking after our dad for the past 2 years, he suffered with severe dementia, the carers dedication and care was very professional, I want to express my sincere thanks for the amazing care, they went above and beyond their care duties, it's been a pleasure working with the company.

Nazmus was a gem. I was dreading care after the accident and he was so considerate and polite that I lost all apprehension. He even taught me how to deal with what I had to let him do for me. Even being showered, he let me do my privates and quickly washed the rest of me. He is a very respectful person and highly educated. I was really sorry when his help ended I would recommend him any day.

My carer is excellent, she is very polite, and is always caring, and helpful and on time. She will sit and talk for a while and check me taking my medication.

Although the first impression of Exceptional Care At Home was not too good, the carer that has been assigned to us is excellent. He is very patient, polite and very good at his job. My father-in-law can be a bit difficult man and with his condition and dementia deteriorating, the carer has been more than capable of meeting my father-in-laws needs. He gets on very well with all our family.

This is the first experience he has had of needing personal care and it was handled compassionately. Thank you

The carer is ok he helps me out when ever I need it plus he comes a bit late because of traffic but I would prefer it if he started at 10.00am not a few minutes after so he needs to leave his house earlier than 9:30am. He does but over all he is a 100% very good man of male support I have ever had 100% he is.

The carer sent to us was very quick to learn where everything he needs is. He talked to my husband and asked how he liked things done and followed washing ans dressing requests very appropriately. I could see that my husband felt comfortable being cared for and happy to have someone helping mum.

We are very happy with the service, the staff are very professional, pleasant and respectful, making a real difference in the day to day experience. The management team is excellent at keeping us informed of any changes and does regular reviews. Highly recommend this agency to family and friends.

I don't see the carers very often but when I do they are always polite, friendly and professional. My mum seems very happy with the carers. They are neat and tidy. They do all they need to. We are all happy with the service.
