The exceptional care at the home team are highly professional. The carers are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. In a short time, your carers feel part of the family and totally trustworthy and respectful. I would recommend Exceptional Care At Home to anyone as they go above and beyond.

My mother has been looked after by two carers for about 4 months now and she has no complaints about the care she receives. I have found that they keep her house clean and orderly and show great compassion as she is bed bound now. As the same carers visit, this means my mother gets to know them and
they also go out of their way to support her. From watering her plant to cooking the things she enjoys. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

Our carer is young and not very well trained. Would have preferred a more experienced person. I should not have had to tell her every day what to do especially as my mother was on a rehab programme.

My carers have been helping with my medication, also I have problems with balance and support. When I get twinges in my hip they massage me. They help me with all the food preparation to a tasty level for me. I love the care and empathy they give when they see me, always. They always do everything to
a high standard, they clean my kitchen and help me get things up and down so I don't fall. Always lift me when I sit as I get stuck. Thank you.

I am very happy with my daily (6 days a week) carer but she says and I can see that she is unable to complete her care tasks in 45 minutes which I have (previously it was 1 hour in the morning at least). My balance is far worse than before at the moment. I agree and think my carer is correct in this.
I have had the once a week carer once and am happy with the care she was able to give me in the time, as best she could.

We have a great carer for our mum, comes on time, does what she has to with great respect to my mum, although to age of my mum can sometimes be stroppy, she, the carer is always patient and does the great care. Well experienced and great training from the group of employers.

My main 3x per day carer was exceptional. Polite, courteous, always helpful and nothing was too much bother for her. It was a pleasure to have her in the house.

My carer whom I had for many months was super.


1) Always on time and reliable and always very pleasant and anxious to be helpful, always uniformed and gloved.
2) Always went the extra mile to ensure I was okay.
3) Bed well done and medicine given.
4) Good cook for such meals as toast and soup.

am very very sorry to lose her, the replacement didn't match up to her in any way.

The carers who were allocated to me I found them all to be very nice and helpful especially the main carer that I had. I was extremely upset to know that she is no longer with me as my carer, she is extremely polite and both had a friendly relationship. Please bring my carer back to me!

I have used Exceptional Care At Home since I came out of hospital 5 weeks ago. The service e proved is very good, I especially like it that I have the same carer apart from on their day off which I have had to same person replacement.

I'm the managing director of Exceptional Aare At Home in Barnet. I'm genuinely passionate about delivering Exceptional Quality Care across Barnet.


I've lived in this area for over 20 years & have a genuine desire to help people remain living at home for as long as possible by providing the highest levels of care. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone become more independent, whether that's being able to manage their medication again without assistance or having the ability to walk down to the shops again after a fall.
