Cannot fault this care team,the care and kindness of the carers was so reassuring, the manager went out of his way to make things as easy as possible. as a family we could not fault the care for our mum who was 90

I am very happy with my care. Both my carers are very good at their job and very helpful at everything and anything. They are very respectful as well. Also, they are always on time and help me out all of the time.

The carers come four times daily to attend to my 94-year-old mother. They always turn up and are polite and caring attending to her needs. That's as much as I can ask for. The carer's manager checks by regularly to ensure we are satisfied with the care given.
Regarding value for money I have only commented
satisfactory, because we do not know the full cost. The council pay a greater portion of the fees charged.

I have nothing but praise for this care company, all carers and management are first-rate. Looking after my wife, they treat her with compassion and dignity and treat her as if she is their own mother. They keep me informed if there is a problem so I can take any necessary action (medical) if required.

The carers have been very attentive, caring and polite. They show kindness and make my mum feel as though they really care for her, rather than just do their job.
They are very thoughtful and are open to suggestions to tweak things if needed. They kindly changed one shift from an early one to a late
one, when it was needed. Mum wouldn't want anyone else caring for her.
