The carers are excellent, and I am appreciative that they are transported to and from my house. The only criticism is that on some occasions it has been difficult to get in touch with the office esp Megan.

Review from R D (Client) assisted by family/friend published on 16 February 2026 Submitted via Postal Card • Report
Overall Experience 3.0 out of 5
My experience during December was a bit chaotic as the carers did not seem to know where they were going or how they were going to get there due to a lack of organisation, especially over Christmas, and a shortage of carers with cars.
