However, we do need to address your concern about inconsistency. All our carers should be actively engaged during visits - cleaning up and supporting with tasks is part of their role, and sitting in the kitchen without engaging is not acceptable practice.

Julie works very well and has got ways of doing things and I like how she works. Julie changes my bed every time she is here and makes my bedroom lovely and homely. My daughter and grandson love her. An extremely professional service, nothing is too much trouble. The carers are friendly and always smiling. Punctual and offer good communication. We wouldn't be able to manage without them, and along with practical assistance they provide assurance that your loved one is in good hands. Would strongly recommend them.

Mum has been receiving care from Mercie Grace for quite sometime. The regular carers have always been amazing. They are just lovely with mum and Mum can be quite difficult at times. If there has been a concern, it has been quickly acknowledged and addressed promptly. The concerns have been minor....
Mum has been receiving care from Mercie Grace for quite sometime. The regular carers have always been amazing. They are just lovely with mum and Mum can be quite difficult at times. If there has been a concern, it has been quickly acknowledged and addressed promptly. The concerns have been minor. Mum needs her food intake monitoring and the majority of the time this is done in real time as the reports of the cares mum has received are done after each visit. When mum has been in hospital and need cares restarting the people at head office are easily reachable and have proven reliable in getting mums cares up and running even with a few hours notice of discharge. If the carers are experiencing difficulties whilst on a call with mum, they will call me and inform me so that we can work through the problem together. Mum sees the same carers regularly and that really helps as they know her and she knows them.

Its particularly pleasing to hear that our office team has been responsive and reliable, especially during hospital discharge situations requiring quick coordination. The continuity of care through regular carers is something we prioritise, as we know how important familiarity and trust are.
