My elderly mother has had a number of care providers of the last twelve months, but the team from Mercie Grace are head and shoulders above the rest! They have, since April 2025 shown my Mum the highest levels of care! I highly recommend them, they are out of this world!
Thank you, Steve, for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly grateful for your kind words and for trusting Mercie Grace Care to support your mother.
Providing care that is respectful, compassionate, and centred on dignity is at the heart of what we do, and it is very encouraging to...
My mum has dementia and can be very difficult most of the time but the patience and care the carer's show her is wonderful. I have had lots of communication with Thelma and she is like my guardian angel, she goes above and beyond! Thank you to all the staff that do an amazing job under very difficult circumstances.
Thank you, Leigh-Anne, for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We are truly grateful for your kind words and for trusting Mercie Grace Care to support your mum.
Providing patient, compassionate, and dignified care, especially in challenging circumstances, is something our team...
Please do not use these carers if your parent has Dementia, I do not believe they are trained in this area to look after and care for a loved one. Although there are a couple of ladies who did try the majority have no empathy. Luckily we are a caring loving family and managed to get the carers changed after four weeks which was far too long. It makes me sad to think somebody with no one would have them looking after and so-called caring for them.
We look after clients who live with dementia and they and their families are happy with the service. Looking after this lady was a good learning experience for the organisation and for the staff involved. We tried our level best but nothing was good enough for the family.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
