- Clinical & Specialist Awareness: Medication Administration, Infection Prevention and Control, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Catheter Care, Dementia, Autism, and Learning Disabilities Awareness.
- Wellbeing & Rights: Nutrition and Hydration, Pressure Area Care/Skin Integrity, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), Equality and Diversity, Challenging Behaviour, and GDPR/Data Protection.

Our family trust the girls one hundred percent. They always contact me if they think my mother in law needs extra care I.e medication doctor etc they are very vigilant. The girls are very respectful and always willing to carry out any extra needs required. I would like to congratulate the office team also for all they do. My elderly mother has had a number of care providers of the last twelve months, but the team from Mercie Grace are head and shoulders above the rest! They have, since April 2025 shown my Mum the highest levels of care! I highly recommend them, they are out of this world!

Please do not use these carers if your parent has Dementia, I do not believe they are trained in this area to look after and care for a loved one. Although there are a couple of ladies who did try the majority have no empathy. Luckily we are a caring loving family and managed to get the carers...
Please do not use these carers if your parent has Dementia, I do not believe they are trained in this area to look after and care for a loved one. Although there are a couple of ladies who did try the majority have no empathy. Luckily we are a caring loving family and managed to get the carers changed after four weeks which was far too long. It makes me sad to think somebody with no one would have them looking after and so-called caring for them.

We look after clients who live with dementia and they and their families are happy with the service. Looking after this lady was a good learning experience for the organisation and for the staff involved. We tried our level best but nothing was good enough for the family.
