Every one of the carers, who care for my husband, arrives on time, happy and cheerful and makes my husband feel at ease. They work well alongside our live-in carer, showing respect at letting him take the lead. They are well-trained and are kind and caring and respectful at all times. If there's ever
a problem there is always someone to call to ask. The manager and staff always go out of their way to help sort any problems out.

Generally very good service. Timekeeping of carers could be better but I realise they sometimes have a distance to travel between clients. Occasionally have to contact the office to remind them to send female carers (except for 2 males) as my sister does not like male carers washing and dressing her.

To have carers is a provision which we appreciate. They provide the support of a third person in practical and moral needs. Personal needs could become onerous but these are lifted by the cheerful and willing assistance which they provide.
