Lydia has been a Registered Manager at Careland Healthcare since 2019, bringing over a decade of nursing experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Her extensive career spans community and district nursing, acute hospital care, rehabilitation, care homes, intensive care (ITU) and accident & emergency. This wide-ranging expertise enables her to maintain high clinical standards and a meticulous approach to managing a home care service.
Alongside her clinical background, Lydia has significant experience in healthcare recruitment and compliance. This allows her to carefully select, train, and support carers who deliver safe, professional, and consistent care. She ensures every care package is tailored, compliant, and delivered with continuity—meeting both regulatory requirements and the individual needs of clients.
Lydia is a hands-on manager who believes in leading by example. Her blend of clinical expertise, compliance knowledge, and compassionate leadership ensures Careland Healthcare consistently delivers high-quality, person-centred home care services
Sapna joined Careland Healthcare in 2023 as a carer and quickly showed a natural ability to go above and beyond in supporting clients and their families. Her dedication, compassion, and strong communication skills led her to step up into the role of Care Coordinator, where she continues to take a very hands-on approach.
She is a good listener who takes the time to understand the needs and wishes of clients and their families, ensuring care is truly person-centred. Sapna is known for her empathy and patience, as well as her ability to use her initiative to solve problems and keep care running smoothly.
