On 10th June at 9:15 AM, I had a bad fall on the stairs in our mansion block. I phoned 999 and an ambulance took me to hospital. I was x-rayed and showed that I had a left Weber B fracture and stayed a week there. I was released on the 14th because of the cast on my leg meant I was housebound. I...
On 10th June at 9:15 AM, I had a bad fall on the stairs in our mansion block. I phoned 999 and an ambulance took me to hospital. I was x-rayed and showed that I had a left Weber B fracture and stayed a week there. I was released on the 14th because of the cast on my leg meant I was housebound. I live on the 2nd floor and the block doesn't have a lift. I was made to believe a company would do my shopping which didn't turn up so I was obliged to get a company to do this.
Hampstead Care Group answered my call and I am very pleased with their help.

Hampstead Care Group provided care for my terminally ill 92-year-old father. They were very kind, gentle, responsive, and respectful of his needs and preferences. They made sure I was aware of important issues such as skincare and other issues. I definitely recommend them.

We have been using them since, and we are delighted with the care provided. Good communication with the office team, flexible to accommodate our needs, and always happy to help and adapt to last-minute changes.
