On 10th June at 9:15 AM, I had a bad fall on the stairs in our mansion block. I phoned 999 and an ambulance took me to hospital. I was x-rayed and showed that I had a left Weber B fracture and stayed a week there. I was released on the 14th because of the cast on my leg meant I was housebound. I live
on the 2nd floor and the block doesn't have a lift. I was made to believe a company would do my shopping which didn't turn up so I was obliged to get a company to do this.
Hampstead Care Group answered my call and I am very pleased with their help.

In my opinion Hampstead Care Group is one of the best agencies on the market, the reason I say that is because they are competent in their field, they choose their carers carefully to make sure the clients will have the best experience, they are professional, polite, friendly and efficient. Hampstead Care Group provided care for my terminally ill 92-year-old father. They were very kind, gentle, responsive, and respectful of his needs and preferences. They made sure I was aware of important issues such as skincare and other issues. I definitely recommend them.

After struggling to find a good care provider for my father, we came across Hampstead Care Group. Immediately after contacting them, they arranged for a manager to come for an assessment. We have been using them since, and we are delighted with the care provided. Good communication with the office team,
