Could not ask for a better provider, communication is stellar between staff members and our family with the comfort and confidence of knowing that no issue is too big or too small. The kindness, compassion and patience is next level and we, as a family, couldn't be happier. My dad has built strong, reliable relationships with some of the team which we find reassuring - speaking highly of the members himself. The care he receives is consistent and professional, as a family we passionately recommend Brown Glass!

As a care provider, I have been impressed with Brown Glass.
I have had consistency of care staff, who are genuinely caring people.
I have had several care agencies before brown glass, none have been as professional or had such respectful, compassionate staff. They respect that this is my home, unlike other agencies that I have previously had.

I am very happy with the care that I receive, and would highly recommend them.

I am a client of Brown Glass Healthcare after suffering two strokes. Since changing to this company, I'm a much happier and unstressed person, all carers are always smiling, they make my day happy, they go out of their way to spend time with you. i would recommend this company 100%, management and office staff are brilliant and do everything to help you out. i can't put in words how great they are to me, this has changed my life, I feel like I've won the lottery.

Do not use this company. Carers are International and they are not trained properly on how to care for the elderly. Have had medication run out, they don't contact you until too late. Different staff so not consistent care for my mum (I live away from mum). Language barrier, Mum is hard of hearing, and did not understand them. Notes recorded online, reported missing notes nothing happened! Mum's doctor came out and asked if had bowel movements, did not know, had to phone the boss, she did not know. So I could not give the doctor an answer! This is just the tip of the iceberg, avoid, please.

On behalf of my much cherished late husband and myself, I would like to thank all of you who called - four times a day from June to the end of September 2023 - to care for him and the excellent care and friendship you provided in difficult times. It made the day more interesting and cheerful for him and supported me too.
