My family have used Congratulation Quality Care since March of this year, initially for emergency live in care for my father. At the time we were very impressed with their standard of service, which was caring, efficient and professional. The staff were well trained and nothing was too much.
Since
March they've continued to provide a full care package for my father, and have continued to deliver the high standard of service we've come to expect. Their staff are respectful, courteous and friendly. When we've had any questions or asked for information, they've been answered and provided in a reassuring, timely and professional way.
We have no hesitation in recommending Congratulation Quality Care.
