The Office team ensures that clients are kept up to date on who is coming and when, and that caregivers have everything they need to give the exceptional care that Right at Home is recognised for.

The Managing Director is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience working in both the NHS and the private sector. She was an Infection Prevention and Control specialist in the NHS and independent sector, where clients' safety is a focus to support the quality of care provided at home for their loved ones.

Companionship and shopping assistance is available, as well as cooking, light cleaning, dressing, bathing and more advanced personal care.

Quality care requires time, and Right at Home recommends at least a one-hour visit to ensure that visits are not purely task-based but focus on long-term good outcomes for clients and their families.

The manager is highly professional, know what she does is from the heart. After care assessment, she perfectly matches perfect the carer and the client, and the care giver is always on time. The owner ensured she was checking regularly that I was happy with the service received.

Sarah Beshir

Job Title: Managing Director Joined: 2023

Over the course of her fifteen years of nursing experience, Sarah has worked for both the public and private sectors. She was honoured with an individual excellence award from a prominent London hospital for her work as an infection prevention control nurse who specialised in supporting staff, carers, and patients during the pandemic. Before Sarah became an infection prevention control specialist, she worked in a variety of settings, including a surgical and acute medical unit, a unit that cared for the elderly, and a unit that helped people recover from strokes. As a team, Right at Home Central London works hard to ensure that individuals receive individualised, high-quality care that allows them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.


Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in biomedical science from Westminster University in 2004. She continued her education at City University London, where she earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Adult Nursing. Currently, she is in the final year of working towards an MSC in Infection Prevention and Control.


For her efforts in 2020 to ensure the safety of my coworkers and patients during the COVID pandemic and in 2021 to ensure the smooth operation of all services over the winter, Sarah was honoured with the Magic Excellence Award. She fostered an encouraging environment for her staff and followed the government-mandated protocol for infection control measures.


Additionally, Sarah took part in research from Public Health England to determine the effects of COVID-19 and Testing, which were published in the British Medical Journal. Sarah campaigns for health promotion and preventative measures, and believes that above all, health should be placed first.


To maintain a healthy work-life balance, Sarah enjoys jogging with her kids after work and spending her weekends gardening and doing yoga.


In addition, Sarah takes great pride in my volunteer work and the impact it has on her community. Sarah has taught infection control and basic life support at the St John’s Ambulance Cadets in London, and she has helped raise money for children in Sierra Leone to ensure that they all have access to an education with Street Child. Additionally, Sarah is dedicated to raising community awareness of dementia through her work as a member of the Royal College of Nursing and as a dementia champion for Dementia UK.


Sarah has always had a longstanding love to be a part of quality care, hence she joined Right at Home Central London. Our CareGivers are checked with an enhanced DBS and can speak many languages. The Right at Home Central London team is trained to the highest capabilities to equip them with the skills to do their best at home with our clients. Our minimum visits of 1 hour set us apart from the rest of the market, meaning our CareGivers and clients are able to build a connection together and deliver care well. Our CareGivers are also trained in cooking by a qualified chef. Tanya Coles

Tanya became a registered nurse in 1994 after working in a variety of settings, including the NHS's liver transplant services. She subsequently moved into adult social care, working as a care manager for a domiciliary care business, where she organised and monitored care and assistance for people in their own homes. Tanya then expanded the service to include care team training and NVQs. She feels that a skilled and well-trained care staff is vital for providing safe and effective care.


Tanya spent several years as a regional Quality and Development Manager for a big care home group, where she provided clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams while also collaborating with the home leadership team on improvements and service development.
Tanya got a Regional Team Member award for her committed work to improve the quality of care and quality of life for individuals living in care homes after implementing a quality framework that resulted in an outstanding rating for a Sydenham care home.


She was successful in working at the corporate level, using her enthusiasm for dementia care, to inform and develop strategies that allowed services and the individuals who work within them to provide person-centered care that acknowledged and really valued each individual's individuality.


Tanya has developed good ties with social care partners over the years and was honoured to be chosen to represent care homes in a webinar hosted by Healthwatch that examined the impact of COVID-19 on people and services. Tanya also represented the care home experience and opinion when Lambeth delivered its report to parliament on the status of care in the borough.


Tanya likes going to museums and doing anything outside of work. Tanya is an enthusiastic writer who has lately begun to learn to paint.


I am passionate about caring for the elderly, and I want to guarantee that we have a lively and prepared workforce capable of delivering care and assistance that improves people's lives, promotes their well-being, and nurtures their independence.
