Thank you to the register manager also for your support to me, as well as my Aunt, at such a difficult time, and to your care team, one girl in particularly.
Thank you for the feedback; we are glad we made a difference to your Aunt.
Right at Home provided an excellent service at short notice during a very difficult period when my aunt was taken into hospital. Unfortunately, the anticipated return home with support did not happen, however, Right at Home was able to provide a continuation of care and ease the transition when my aunt was admitted into a hospice for her last few days. As a family we are so grateful for the amazing compassion and support shown by the management and their teams - thank you.
We appreciate your message and are pleased to know that we have positively impacted Aunt's care. Thank you!
The managing director and registered manager were fantastic and I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't had their help and support for my post-surgical care. They are very attentive and careful and made sure my needs were met and everything was optimal for my recovery.
We appreciate your feedback and are thrilled that we made a difference.
Home Care provided exceptional service on short notice for a minor procedure. The managing director was responsive to the request and provided a quote within hours. On the day of the procedure, the managing director was flexible and kept in contact throughout. The overall service was great.
Thank you for your kind review; we are grateful to make a difference in care.
My mother and I are delighted by the services delivered by Right at Home. They reacted and offered amazing help on very short notice and communication has been amazing all along. They were very flexible and listened to our needs. My mum was happy to see her nurse arriving and loved spending time with her. Even if my mum doesn't speak English, they managed to communicate and laugh a lot. I was so pleased with this and will call back Right at home whenever we need help. Thank you for everything!
Thank you very much for your kind message. We are delighted that we made a difference in mum's care.
I asked the wonderful people at Right at Home to help me with the care of my mum three months ago. While my mum was worried about losing her independence and having "strangers" in the flat, it has worked out so well. We have the team coming three times a week, and my mum has said she now has friends who look after her, when I can't be there. It has taken a huge weight of my mind, when I am traveling for work or not able to be there for some reason. The carers are so kind and flexible and have made adjustments as and when needed. I honestly don't know how I could have managed without their experienced support and care - thank you.
Thank you for your kind words and we are extremely glad we have made a difference to you all.
My wife has three carers who visit on Sunday, Tuesday and a Friday. All three give a wonderful service by being so patient, and kind and the knowledge to know what is required of them when they visit. They are always prompt with their time and are always willing to go the extra mile if need be. Always cheerful and a breath of fresh air to both myself and my wife. They are the highlights of our week.
Thank you for all the lovely words and we are delighted that we have made a difference to you both.
The carer has been absolutely lovely. Her smiley face appeared at my door on time every morning and immediately brightened the day with her friendliness. She can't do enough to help and is just great to have around. She helped me wash and dress following my spinal operation and got me through that initial scary stage to restore my confidence and to keep chaos at bay. Thank you to the carer.
Thank you so much and we glad we make a difference to your care and recovery.
Wonderful experience. My nurse has been very helpful and also is very nice and kind. She also helped me with the doctor appointment and other concerns in my house like water blockage. I would highly recommend Right at Home for anyone looking for a caregiver at a very fair price.
We really appreciate your gratitude and are thrilled to know that our efforts have positively impacted your well-being.
My carer is professional, kind, skilful, but the best of all has a great sense of humor. She is an ideal carer for me and I feel very comfortable and she is always punctual. The agency is always easy to reach, they inform you about any changes which makes me very stress-free. I feel very safe around the carers.
Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback about the care and support you receive from Right at Home. We are happy that you feel safe and that your carer meets your needs.
The manager is highly professional, know what she does is from the heart. After care assessment, she perfectly matches perfect the carer and the client, and the care giver is always on time. The owner ensured she was checking regularly that I was happy with the service received.
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback and we are happy to hear of your positive experience of using Right at Home Central London.

Meet the Team (2)
Over the course of her fifteen years of nursing experience, Sarah has worked for both the public and private sectors. She was honoured with an individual excellence award from a prominent London hospital for her work as an infection prevention control nurse who specialised in supporting staff, carers, and patients during the pandemic. Before Sarah became an infection prevention control specialist, she worked in a variety of settings, including a surgical and acute medical unit, a unit that cared for the elderly, and a unit that helped people recover from strokes. As a team, Right at Home Central London works hard to ensure that individuals receive individualised, high-quality care that allows them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in biomedical science from Westminster University in 2004. She continued her education at City University London, where she earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Adult Nursing. Currently, she is in the final year of working towards an MSC in Infection Prevention and Control.
For her efforts in 2020 to ensure the safety of my coworkers and patients during the COVID pandemic and in 2021 to ensure the smooth operation of all services over the winter, Sarah was honoured with the Magic Excellence Award. She fostered an encouraging environment for her staff and followed the government-mandated protocol for infection control measures.
Additionally, Sarah took part in research from Public Health England to determine the effects of COVID-19 and Testing, which were published in the British Medical Journal. Sarah campaigns for health promotion and preventative measures, and believes that above all, health should be placed first.
To maintain a healthy work-life balance, Sarah enjoys jogging with her kids after work and spending her weekends gardening and doing yoga.
In addition, Sarah takes great pride in my volunteer work and the impact it has on her community. Sarah has taught infection control and basic life support at the St John’s Ambulance Cadets in London, and she has helped raise money for children in Sierra Leone to ensure that they all have access to an education with Street Child. Additionally, Sarah is dedicated to raising community awareness of dementia through her work as a member of the Royal College of Nursing and as a dementia champion for Dementia UK.
Sarah has always had a longstanding love to be a part of quality care, hence she joined Right at Home Central London. Our CareGivers are checked with an enhanced DBS and can speak many languages. The Right at Home Central London team is trained to the highest capabilities to equip them with the skills to do their best at home with our clients. Our CareGivers are also trained in cooking by a qualified chef. Right at Home Central London works hard to ensure that individuals receive individualised, high-quality care so that they may remain in their homes for as long as possible. To find out more about how our CareGivers can give the highest quality care to you or your loved ones at home, please contact and speak to our lovely office team, who are happy to explain further steps.
Sarah Beshir – Managing Director of Right at Home Central London.
Tanya became a registered nurse in 1994 after working in a variety of settings, including the NHS's liver transplant services. She subsequently moved into adult social care, working as a care manager for a domiciliary care business, where she organised and monitored care and assistance for people in their own homes. Tanya then expanded the service to include care team training and NVQs. She feels that a skilled and well-trained care staff is vital for providing safe and effective care.
Tanya got a Regional Team Member award for her committed work to improve the quality of care and quality of life for individuals living in care homes after implementing a quality framework that resulted in an outstanding rating for a Sydenham care home.
She was successful in working at the corporate level, using her enthusiasm for dementia care, to inform and develop strategies that allowed services and the individuals who work within them to provide person-centered care that acknowledged and really valued each individual's individuality.
Tanya has developed good ties with social care partners over the years and was honoured to be chosen to represent care homes in a webinar hosted by Healthwatch that examined the impact of COVID-19 on people and services. Tanya also represented the care home experience and opinion when Lambeth delivered its report to parliament on the status of care in the borough.
Tanya likes going to museums and doing anything outside of work. Tanya is an enthusiastic writer who has lately begun to learn to paint.
