Overall Experience
I appreciate Vincere Healthcare as they have supported my grandmother to have access to the community. Her previous care company did not support her to live independently, but now I can see a clear difference.
The amazing staff support my nan with personal care, showing dignity and respect to her. Her skin has improved so much, with healthcare professionals noting this change in appearance.
They have supported my nan to access church and other facilities which she did not use to have. Furthermore, they meet her cultural needs, ensuring my nan has a new lease on life.
I am very proud to be in contact with this company, which supported my grandmother with high-quality care and support.

Providing amazing staffing levels with great value for money. I appreciate them so much.

Overall Experience
My Mum had early stages Alzheimer's coupled with advanced colon cancer, Dad is very acutely sighted, registered blind, and profoundly deaf. We engaged Vincere initially to help Dad. When Mum's condition deteriorated, we asked Vincere to provide further help and care which they stepped up into seamlessly.
From the first meeting, my wife and I were happy and confident that we had engaged the right team to look after my parents. Given the physical, communication, pre-existing cultural, and generational challenges presented, Vincere professionally managed and flexibly adapted to theirs and our expectations and we have been very glad of their support and help.
Mum sadly passed in March and Dad continues to be ably served by Vincere.
I have no reservations about recommending Vincere's services and attention to detail.

Life will throw many things at you, always good to have people ready and willing to help on your side

My mother-in-law received excellent and appropriate care for an elderly lady with dementia and cancer. She was looked after by Vincere staff with kindness and respect. The staff always looked for more ways in which they could assist her and make her comfortable in her final days.
