Our daughter has been so very happy with her care, with the carer being wonderful, kind and attentive to her needs, we have had great support and help, with the knowledge that our daughter is in very capable and caring hands.

The people at Billioncare are empathetic, caring and professional and they bring this to all aspects of the support they provide. From day one they demonstrate these traits and listen to what the needs of the client are and makes suggestions to help. I have found that they go above and beyond to...
The people at Billioncare are empathetic, caring and professional and they bring this to all aspects of the support they provide. From day one they demonstrate these traits and listen to what the needs of the client are and makes suggestions to help. I have found that they go above and beyond to provide personalised and dedicated care for those under their responsibility. The care they have provided to my dad has been the best we have experienced and has helped us through some tricky personal challenges. They have also built a genuine and authentic relationship with my dad who they care for which has helped with not only his physical demands but the mental ones as well. I cannot fault the support I have received and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to care for a friend or loved one as they will do all they can to make their life as easy and comfortable as possible while also encouraging them where needed.
