We have been using this care provider since July 2024 to support the care of our elderly parents both of whom have dementia diagnosis. To start with this care was a for a few hours several times a week, however this has slowly increased over time until Jan 2025 when we moved to a Live In Care arrangement.
Care:
-The care provider has endeavoured to ensure that my parents had several carers who became familiar to them.
-Carers actively maintained communication with me throughout.
-Individuals were always caring, respectful, thoughtful, responsive, patient and gentle.
Management:
-Always swiftly accessible and responsive to questions and queries.
-Swift appropriate response when I have noted small concerns.
-Swift to respond efficiently and effectively to unforeseen changes in circumstances, (significantly reducing the stress to our parents and myself)

-Professionality has been exemplary, with high level of respect and integrity.
