Excellent service. The cleaning was professional and thorough.
The staff, especially Arne are kind and patient. Staff take a real interest in asking their clients questions and having interesting conversations. Superb service all round. Highly recommend.

Overall Experience
I was very pleased with the service I received. He showed concern for my needs and asked if everything he did was satisfactory. Which it was and my rooms all looked clean and tidy when he finished.

This company - Refreshing Care, has gone above and beyond board to meet my mother's needs. I feel I can totally relax when I'm not here knowing she is in their care. My mother has a regular carer and to date feels very comfortable. All the issues that she had about receiving a stranger into her...
This company - Refreshing Care, has gone above and beyond board to meet my mother's needs. I feel I can totally relax when I'm not here knowing she is in their care. My mother has a regular carer and to date feels very comfortable. All the issues that she had about receiving a stranger into her home have subsequently diminished over time and she now looks forward to seeing her. The carer apparently pre-empts my mother's needs and is always willing to assist in any way. My mother is happy, so I'm happy. A big thank you to the manager who works tirelessly to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. A little while back the manager explained that Mum's regular carer might not be available for the dates I requested, I don't know what went on behind the scenes but he made it happen and Mum had her regular carer.

Overall Experience
I was very much impressed and satisfied with the level and quality of service rendered. My flat that was in disarray was so clean and it brought me so much joy and would not really hesitate in recommending them. Kudos to the gentleman that was sent to do the job.
