Careland have been providing care for my Mum for over a year now and they provide an amazing service. They go above and beyond to make sure my Mum is well looked after. It has been difficult at times for my Mum to accept that she needs carers in as she likes her independence - Careland have been incredibly
flexible with my Mum's care plan and always adapt it according to her requirements.


I live in Devon and it has been so reassuring to have such great carers who I know will go in at the drop of a hat if I am worried about her. My Mum has been looked after a large proportion of the time by Ayan and Hibo who are both fantastic carers. I have a lot of contact on the phone with Ayan who is incredibly kind and could not be more helpful in every respect. I highly recommend Careland - 10 out of 10 all round.

I started using Careland London four months ago. So far three kind ladies have been helping me, but mostly now it is one of the ladies. I have help for one hour in the mornings to shower or wash my hair and to get dressed, but I get so much more than just that. The kindness that I get and the consideration
of what is best for me is so good. We chat and discuss anything that is worrying me. She makes my bed again the way I like it. My helper finishes by brushing my hair and making sure I am tidy and smart, with any jewellery I would like to wear, but then she tells my husband anything else that needs to be done, or even to see the GP. It is difficult to have help with the most personal things in the bathroom, but it is all done with so much respect. My helper is always patient and never rushes me. They keep to the hours we arranged and are punctual. I look forward to my helper coming as she is good company and I will be more relaxed and calm by the time she goes.
