a) Charges
The above are all inclusive and in normal circumstances there will be no extra charges other than
mileage shopping/errands agreed in advance at 45p per mile (services are currently exempt from
VAT) Rates are subject to change based on any significant increase in care requirements. Any such
increase will be disclosed and agreed with the fund provider prior to implementation.
b) Public holidays Charges
Public holiday charges will apply on all statutory public holidays from midnight to midnight.
c) Live in Services
We provide a live in care service, where a care worker who will be living in and available to assist in
personal care during the day and to be on call during the night. This is a bespoke service tailored to
individual needs and assessment. Further details and rates can be provided by the manager upon request.
d) Timesheets/Electric call monitoring (ECM)

My husband and I have had the best experience with Reflection of Care in caring for my father these past months. The carers assigned to us were remarkable, they were attentive, passionate and compassionate, that left us with no worries of him being unsafe. The carers made him feel comfortable and valued. I was particularly drawn to the personalised approach taken by the agency, his care plan was tailored to his needs and reviewed every now and then in reference to his progress. Management is in close contact with the GPs and hospitals and carers trained on how to reach emergency contacts should they need to.
