A professional and well run service. Can't praise the staff highly enough from the carers to the admin team. Always ready to listen with a sympathetic ear and adapt accordingly. A pleasue dealing with them and would recommend their organisation.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We greatly appreciate your kind words and are pleased to hear that our team has provided a supportive and professional service. It's our pleasure to assist, and your recommendation means a great deal to us.
My father was placed on end of life home care after a 10 week stay in hospital relating to a heart attack. His wishes was to spend his last days at home on the farm surrounded by family.
He was very weak and bed bound for the time he was at home(6 days) and Royal care were attending 3 times a day, sometimes 4 when requested.
The teams that arrived and the care provided was absolutely fantastic. The teams would carry out tasks in a dignified and gentle manner, putting my father's comfort at their priority. They would talk to him and ask plenty how he feels and that is he comfortable. No corners were cut in regards to care and as a family we couldn't ask for anything more.
They were always easy to talk to over the phone too through all hours as I was always able to get hold of someone quickly.
I would recommend Royal care to anyone who finds themselves in a situation where extensive care is needed. Amazing people and care.
From my Father and family, thank you Royal care.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was our privilege to care for your father and support your family during such a difficult time. We're truly grateful for your recommendation.

I’m Abhishek Suresh Kumar, the Registered Manager for Royal Care Canterbury. I’ve been working with Royal Care since 2021, and I’m proud to be part of a service that puts people first. Royal Care is committed to providing safe, reliable and truly person-centred support at home, helping clients to stay independent with dignity and respect. I lead and support our care team through training, supervision and care planning, and I work closely with clients, families and healthcare professionals to make sure our care is always high quality and responsive to individual needs.
I have worked within the Care industry for 22 years in various different roles. I have worked my way up from being a carer to the nominated Individual. I have my NVQ5 and I am very passionate about delivering very high standards of care.
Royal Care was originally founded in Dover back in 2011 by Sreelatha Vijayan. Sree is a Registered Nurse and has been working in A&E, trauma centres and care homes for the last 20 years, and continues to do so.
Sree is so passionate about caring and the work she does on a daily basis, that she decided there was a need to further support both the service users and the staff that work so very hard to provide exceptional care. This is where the concept of Royal Care began.
