The quality of care provided for my mother has been excellent. The care staff are always lovely to her, being very patient with her even when my mother is being difficult. The staff are always punctual, arriving on time. They spend time talking with her to get to know her, and are not in a rush to leave. Very happy with the service provided.

I've been so impressed with UK Said Care LTD. I was contacted shortly after posting an advert for support, and their manager called me to discuss all my care requirements. They then came to my home for a visit/assessment and brought the woman who would be my care assistant so I could meet her and see if we would be a good fit. My care assistant is extremely dedicated and reliable. She is always punctual and carries out her duties with care and attention to detail. Her diligence ensures that all my tasks are taken care of, and her friendly personality makes her a pleasure to have around. She is a great professional who takes her role seriously, and she's also a talented cook.
