Our care rates are complexity-based. Hourly visiting care runs from £26 for our Standard tier (companionship, meal preparation, light personal care) to £35 for our Specialist tier (advanced dementia, end-of-life care, PEG feeding, catheter or stoma care, complex medication administration). Most private clients pay between £28 and £32 per hour. All visits are a minimum of one hour — we do not run 15-minute pop-in calls.

Live-in care is tiered the same way: £1,500 per week for Standard (mobile, self-feeding clients), £1,800 per week for Enhanced (complex personal care, dementia with documented plan, hospital discharge), and £2,200 per week for Specialist (advanced dementia, end-of-life, PEG, catheter/stoma, or double-handed care). Live-in assumes a sleeping night; a waking-night carer is £150 per night in addition.

Overnight visiting care: £140 per sleeping night, or £26/hour (£234 per typical 9-hour shift) for a waking night. Bank holidays: +25%.

We provide a fixed written quote within 24 hours of a free home assessment. Most families self-fund; some qualify for NHS Continuing Healthcare, which covers the full cost. Call A J on 020 3846 6595.
