Clients needing predominantly companionship and low?intensity personal care are charged at the lower end of our hourly (£22–£27) and live?in (£1,000–£1,800 per week) ranges, while those with more complex needs—such as advanced dementia, significant mobility issues, or hoisting—are priced at the higher end to account for the enhanced skills, time and resources required to deliver safe, high?quality care.
