I have been with Brown Glass for over a year, After having several care agencies previously,
I can tell you my care that my care is exactly that, Management are always happy to help and listen. Staff are respectful to both you and your property.
The different culture has caused a few hiccups but were always worked through and resolved.
There have been communication problems due to disorganisation with office staff, but that is being worked on and improving, that is a small issue compared to the horrendous treatment that I received with previous care agencies.
I can tell you my care that my care is exactly that, Management are always happy to help and listen. Staff are respectful to both you and your property.

We are delighted with the service we receive from Brown Glass. From the very beginning, they have proven to be a reliable, professional, and caring organisation.
Any concerns we initially had about community care were quickly put to rest. The management team and carers consistently provide a first-class service, giving us complete confidence and peace of mind.
The carers are highly competent, dedicated, and clearly passionate about the care they provide. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and every member of the team treats people with genuine kindness, dignity, and respect.
Any concerns we initially had about community care were quickly put to rest. The management team and carers consistently provide a first-class service, giving us complete confidence and peace of mind.

Overall Experience
Always very good service. Always take time and care to see to my wife's needs and would always do more if needed. Always come in the same time span every day and carefully administer her medication and take time to see how she is doing
