I've had a really positive experience with Kuremara. The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely care about the people they support. Communication has been great, and I always feel reassured knowing my loved one is in good hands. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable care.
The staff at Kuremara provided exceptional home care for my grandmother when she was discharged from hospital. We were in urgent need of reliable and compassionate carers, and Kuremara stepped in at very short notice. From the very first phone call, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. The carers were not only highly trained and punctual but also showed to be genuine, caring and respectful. They helped my grandmother with medication, and mobility, and always made her feel safe and comfortable in her home.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! It was a pleasure to have been of service to yourself and your grandmother, and we're glad to hear how happy with you were with the support provided.
