With extensive qualifications and over 17 years of experience in health and social care, Paul brings a wealth of expertise to leadership and management roles in the sector. His academic credentials include an MSc in International Project Management, a BSc in Accounting and Finance, an HND in Finance and Accounting, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services.
As a seasoned Registered Manager, Service Manager, and Extra Care Manager, Paul has a proven track record across various care settings, including extra care, home care, supported living, and residential care. His leadership experience spans managing client groups with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, and he is skilled in implementing the Positive Behaviour Model to support client well-being.
Monika has been a part of the RCB family since 2016. She possesses qualifications in both management and Health and Social Care. With over 7 years of managerial work experience, she holds a Level 7 Diploma in Operations Management and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
Before joining RCB, Monika was a Registered Manager at our Canterbury site, Old Farmhouse. She was recognised for her compliance skills and subsequently promoted to an Operations Manager role.
Monika relishes moments with her family and pets during her leisure time. Additionally, she finds pleasure in researching and reading articles related to the healthcare sector.
Our Compliance Manager, Ivana, brings a decade of valuable experience to the Health and Social Care sector. She holds an impressive Level 5 qualification in Management in Health and Social Care and a Level 3 qualification in Safeguarding Adults. In addition, Ivana serves as a trainer specialising in safe medication management, further enhancing her expertise.
Ivana currently oversees a dedicated section of our homes and plays a vital role in supporting the Home Managers with their day-to-day activities.
Before joining the RCB team, Ivana embarked on her educational journey at Canterbury Christ Church University. Her studies laid the foundation for her deep-seated passion for caring for elderly individuals.
During her leisure moments, Ivana finds solace in spending quality time with her family. She's an avid reader, particularly drawn to non-fiction books, and she enjoys immersing herself in the world of music.
