Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
City Care Companions Ltd have been true to everything they say they have been set up to do. They care with kindness for my 83 year old friend and are always on time and there whenever expected. My friends personal cleanliness they undertake for him is admirable. The flat is kept spotless and they deal
with all aspects of medication. Food is nicely and thoughtfully laid out. Everything used is put away correctly. My friends safety is paramount to them. They respond positively to suggestions from my friend and they listen to him. The company has the kind of leadership that gains respect. The administration side is faultless. All in all, my fried and I are hugely pleased that we chose them.
