My 89 year old Father was very reluctant to have careers because he has me. I have cared for him for 3 years since Mum died. Amanda and Sam came along to meet him and he warmed to them at once.
We started with 3 hours care weekly. Dad has been in hospital for ten days following a heart attack...
My 89 year old Father was very reluctant to have careers because he has me. I have cared for him for 3 years since Mum died. Amanda and Sam came along to meet him and he warmed to them at once.
We started with 3 hours care weekly. Dad has been in hospital for ten days following a heart attack then he went to residential care to convalesce for eleven nights. He dislikes it very much and is very homesick.
Sam and Amanda have worked so hard to get a care package put together so I can take Dad home tomrorow with full support in his own surroundings. He will wake up on Sunday for his 90th birthday in his beloved bungalow.
