Our standard weekday rate is £32 per hour in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and £34 per hour within Greater London, with a one hour minimum visit. Weekends are £38 and £40 respectively, and bank holidays are charged at time and a half. There is no extra charge for evening visits. Overnight care is available from £240 per night and 24-hour care at home from £700 per day. Every package begins with a free assessment led by a registered nurse, and prices are confirmed in writing before care starts. We also provide CQC registered supported living for adults 18+ in West London and Hertfordshire.
