and changed their service to meet the needs and requirements of service users. They work on the basis that the staff team and service users are equally important. They continually invest in their services and adapt to the ever changing needs of the sector.
The following packages are available:
Hourly Care: Covering hours between 6 am to 11 pm every day. Bank holiday cover also available.
Sitting service/around the clock care: Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank holiday cover also available. Hourly charge rates are reduced for 24-hour care packages.
Gleberry Support Hinckley can only accept a minimum of 1-hour visit time slots.
Gleberry Support Hinckley offers the following services:
Hourly care, 24-hour care, P.A. Services, accessing the community, personal care, shopping, general cleaning, live in care, assistance going to appointments, emergency support at night, support with going on holiday, activities support and health issues.
Please allow 30-60 minutes for a thorough, no-obligation assessment in your own home.
Gleberry Support are unable to accept packages without an initial assessment being carried out.

I find the Gleberry carers very helpful. My mum has mental capacity but if she is down they are really good. I have care calls and cleaning calls. I work from home all day and they are very kind and will have a conversation with her when I am busy. They have helped me with a fall on the floor ( not serious) whilst using the commode. They accommodate leicester city council payments which I get for extra calls without a problem. My mum has got to know the carers and it is sometimes difficult when we have new carers in.
I have a criticism about washing up in hot water. Before I start work I run a bowl of boiling water. By the time they have finished running the taps it is stone cold. I sometimes feel I am talking to the until I am blue in the face about washing up in hot water with fairy liquid. I do this to prevent infection. They seem to think that washing cups and dishes in stone called water is fine

We started to have Support from Gleberry over 12 months ago to enable my husband to get used to Support from another person, to have help with housework and to enable me to go out over lunchtime one day a week without worry. We received a very good recommendation from somebody within the Parkinson's Support group. In June, I had to go into hospital as an emergency with a very high heart rate Gleberry acted very quickly and were able to provide comprehensive help four times a day. When I went into hospital again in September for a procedure they provided overnight care for me when I came out. We now have daily evening care which takes the pressure off me and is very reassuring. The managers react to any queries or worries via text telephone or face-to-face support and I am grateful for their extensive experience.
We have regular Support staff who are really caring. They are experienced, always cheerful, listen to any worries and are happy to make adjustments.

The staff became friends to my parents & truly cared. Nothing was too much bother & they would just do things if they saw they needed doing without being asked & often had to rearrange times when required. We were so sad when we were forced to have council carers in for my stepfather. There was a huge gap in the care given compared to Gleberry.He went downhill after the change. Thankfully we could keep Gleberry for mums care & they would always check if my stepfather was okay , needed anything & have a chat with him while tgere for Mum. They lift mums spirits when she's a bit fed up & know her so well now.. As a family we are grateful to know she is being looked after.

When my mum presses it she is immediately connected to the Gleberry Team who know her. In her case a carer went straight out to her in the middle of the night to tend to her. Phoned my sister / me to inform us at every stage. Also, escort to hospital appointment service is excellent. We couldn't take mum on a particular occasion and a carer she knew collected her, took her and waited , brought her back.
I think Gleberry is a top care agency- they look after my mum well and we have peace of mind that she is ok.

Gleberry have a fantastic team of carers. The team have provided care for over 2 years in my mother in laws home. They are all very friendly and positive. The carers became like friends for her, and she was always excited to see them, she especially enjoyed the trips with them, going for meals, train rides, visiting garden centres etc.
When her needs changed they were able to be flexible and offer the support we needed, making suggestions and providing extra help (wheelchair etc). She received great care and I can't thank them enough.

After previous experiences with council services we changed carers to Gleberry after our dad came out of hospital. So very glad we found Gleberry , they have been superb from day one. Not only the great standard of care but with their help with the absolute nightmare of dealing with social care/financial/NHS. We would be lost without their help and advice, they have gone above and beyond in guiding us through very stressful times.
The staff have been amazing in forming relationships with both our parents who were very worried about having people come into their home every day etc.

We needed additional support incase she had a fall and the ability to call upon them in an emergency. They delivered consistently on a daily basis with regular calls for us and when we needed the emergency assistance they were there promptly. I cannot thank all the Gleberry staff enough for their incredible support and attentive care to my Dad through the last year. All the carers that looked after my dad every day were second to non. From the first day we contacted Gleberry they were supportive every step of the way, not only to my dad, but also to my mum. All the carers were so friendly, helpful, attentive and provided great care with such dignity and compassion. My Dad saw his carers as friends and was always happy to see them. Even in my dad's final days, Gleberry were there to support myself and my mum at such a heart breaking time. Their care and support didnt just stop at my dad, they supported The Family. You want the best for your loved ones, and Gleberry are just that!!
Thankyou will never be enough to explain how greatful we are for everything you all have done for my Dad and my family.

Previously, I have experience of working within the Health Care Sector, my aim for Gleberry was to deliver good quality person-centred care at an affordable price, and that's what we do!
My favourite thing about working in care is meeting new people and getting to know them, knowing that we are supporting them in a way that meets their needs and preferences. I really enjoy finding ways that we can make something happen, instead of saying no, we can't do that. An example of this was when we started Gleberry Trips, we were struggling with a wheelchair accessible vehicle, so we took away that worry and Gleberry now owns their first Wheelchair accessible minibus, removing barriers and making things easier for our local community.
You will see me out in the community, completing assessments, reviews, and delivering staff training and of course supporting our service users.
