Our experience has been excellent. They have been polite, competent and have dealt with my husband with dignity and professionalism at all times. They have arrived in the evening at an appropriate time for my husband to go to bed and settled him comfortably for a good nights sleep. Communication has been good without any issues.

Been happy since purchasing the apartment & its very comfortable in the apartment, and all my neighbours are friends and we look after each other. The staff look after us well and I don't feel alone at this stage of my life.

I have found since living in the Care South community, every assistance needed is done in a caring, helpful way. The staff in St. Ives Place/House do everything to make lives easier, and happier. Activities we can all join in and enjoy, treats together or delivered if needed. Altogether a community spirit, friendships and fun. Retirement living at its best.

Annette has found the carers to be extremely helpful, kind and caring. Nothing was to much trouble. They helped in every way she needed.
