Mum came home, a member of staff turned up to complete the care needs assessment and later the same day Mum's carer turned up and stayed for two weeks while we arranged a care home placement. The carer was such a lovely fit for Mum's needs. The whole process could not have been made easier and the care Mum received was wonderful.

He is involved in something everyday. The satisfaction we have is knowing that with 'full-time' care he is semi independent. For me, coordination is 'everybody' working together and that's why the overseeing of a coordinator from Noble Live-in Care is so necessary, checking to make sure that everybody is satisfied. My mother‘s needs increased in the last month of her life, and the carers were excellent in determining when they needed professional support and seeking further advice. I rang daily and always received an update. I visited weekly and was able to provide support to them as my mother was unable to provide details regarding the house.
It was evident that my mother felt safe with the 3 carers who had been in place together since January and worked well as a team. they ensured she saw the farmland she loved.
My mother’s wish was to remain at home until she died and Noble Live In care enabled this to happen.
