Everycare Cardiff have been attending to my mother for over four years. In that time they have consistently provided superb care. The carers always arrive on time or within a few minutes of the scheduled time and have never missed a visit. My mother always looks forward to their visits, not only
for the support provided but for the true friendship and bond that has been forged. On a personal level my involvement with the carers and office staff has been faultless, thanks to the level of communication provided and thought demonstrated for my mother's wellbeing. My family and I could not feel more confident about the comprehensive care my mother is being given. Heartfelt thanks and praise to all those involved.

In my opinion Everycare are outstanding. I have experience with other care services and Everycare are by far the best. They took the time to get to know my son and choose a carer that would suit him best. They are friendly and personable and easy to get hold of. I have complete faith in the person who
works with my son and I know they have his best interests as paramount importance. All the staff always listen and have an answer/solution for any issues that may arise. I couldn't ask for a better service.

The care provided for my son has been amazing, both carers and staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. My son absolutely loves his carers and looks forward to going out with them to his favourite places. As a parent I feel at ease knowing my son is safe and having a great time, I couldn't ask for better

We are very satisfied with the support our daughter receives from Everycare. The carers have all been kind, caring and have responded to her needs appropriately.
We always receive a short verbal report on her time with them.
The communication with the office is good.

Everycare Cardiff has provided care for my son for approximately 10 years. His carer has been constant for those years and he has always demonstrated excellent care for my son, getting to know him and the family, and treating everyone with kindness and dignity.

My grandma has been with Everycare for a while now I've just moved back to Cardiff what can I say my grandma is treated as a queen. She has the same stuff week in and week out. The level of care is out of this world. After my grandad passed away she was so depressed but having Everycare her spring in
her step is back I honestly can't thank Everycare and another thank you for caring for her as you would your only family. She even goes for a little walk to the office and the girls in the office know each of their client's names, and she really enjoys a cuppa tea with them and she is always more than welcome. To the staff they are not a client, to them, they are family honestly amazing!

I can not thank the staff at Everycare enough for the support they give not only my dad but me as well. I was on holiday and, unfortunately, my dad's chemist didn't deliver my dad's medication and was closed on a Saturday. On call and because of the support, staff managed to get Dad on emergency prescription
and then find a chemist to dispense it for them. Having a supportive company allows me to be reassured and my dad is well looked after when I'm not there. This last year has been extremely hard for me with my dad's health deteriorating but they continue to support him to an excellent standard and also support me - especially as they know I can't always be there every day!

I have been using this service recommended by a social worker for approximately three years. Apart from minor hiccups at first, mostly about time/appointments of staff which is usually caused by staff sickness or car trouble, the service has been very good.

I am very pleased with the level of care my friend is receiving. I know she won't let the girls help with her hygiene needs, but with regard to other help, she is more than happy. Knowing she has someone calling twice a day to check and offer help is a great comfort to me, as living in Newport I can't
get down as often as I would like. I am always kept informed if the girls have any concerns regarding her. Both my friend and I are more than pleased with the support given.

My father is very much stuck in his ways, as a man who worked the sea in his younger day's, he didn't expect any help from the family in the past. He has now changed thanks to the staff at Everycare. My dad has the same male carers at the same times week in week out. The office girls are amazing, they
will go out of there way and are always on hand to help the carers out.
Dad even has a social call, he loves to go and have a cuppa in the office with the girls,
Everycare is brilliant, thank you so much, highly recommended.

Had a phone call from the "manageress" in which she was rude and arrogant and virtually told me that what I wanted doesn't matter. I want a copy of that phone call so this matter can be taken further. Since the first week, there have been problems. They completely forgot me, no continuity in carers
or times, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I've Been with them for 8 months and only had a week or two problem-free.
