My needs has been changing in the 2 years the carers have been coming. They are all pleasant and competent and I enjoy their visits. Its is not easy to adapt my requests to their unique skills. Some individuals are especially interesting company, helpful escorting me to appointments and taking me for
walks around the garden. There has been times to get to know another better as we enjoy each others company, and they understand my company.

Very helpful. My carer is very considerate in helping me to get in and out of showers which is tricky. She is here on time and does everything to make me feel comfortable. First class.

Having looked after my aunt for around 2 years ago, I called Everycare to see if they could step in very quickly, at very short notice, to look after my mother after she came home from hospital and was let down very badly by the carers arranged by the hospital discharge team. Once again, Everycare came
to my rescue and arranged care for her at very short notice. The carers are professional and caring. Most importantly, they communicate very well with my mother and with the Everycare office team, who in turn, are excellent in reporting any concerns to me. I cannot thank them enough!

My sister-in-law is currently having carers come in three times a day. All are extremely kind and helpful towards her. I also used the agency for my mother a few years ago and they were amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all.

The care company are very supportive of their clients and very polite and caring to their clients.
My auntie had poor mobility and towards the end of her life and was bed-bound. The carers looked after her overnight and during the day as well.
The office always had a staff member answer the phone.
