My sister and our family are delighted with the professional standards given to her throughout 24/7 care. Being Head of the family, I am consulted upon developments by Everycare management and we consult upon forthcoming meetings with health professionals.

I have been in the company since I first started. In the five years I have been with the company they have made me very confident and back to be independent with the support of the staff and management.

We have been very happy with the care provided and the carers go above and beyond to assist with the care of my father.

All very efficient, carers are very good and looking after my father-in-law well. They always call us if they have any concerns or issues and we are very happy to know that they are taking care of his medication too.

The carers who came were conscientious, caring and adaptable. This was particularly important since my husband's mood and co-operation was difficult, being unpredictable at times.

Despite the challenge of providing extensive cover, management was at pains to make sure that care was always provided. On rare occasions, where a difficulty arose, the manager would stand in himself.

It was particularly noticeable that the senior management with whom I had dealings were extremely dedicated to providing the best service possible; were contactable and willing to listen.

One senior manager, in particular, demonstrated extreme care and diligence towards Everycare, their employees, and especially to service users.

Carers who came at the time impressed me with their total care, always above and beyond basic.

The carers were very cooperative, arrived at the correct time. They knew how to use the hoist etc. They were careful and gentle in how they manipulated her. The carers were good with her personal hygiene, and we happy to deal with personal issues.

Found the service very good care about my father at a very high standard.

The carer has been very competent, kind and proactive. He genuinely cares, understands the situation well and anticipates what might be needed, often calling between visits to see how Mum is - almost like a member of the family.

We used the domestic service that Everycare provided for both my parents and parents-in-law. They were all very happy with the service provided and the personal touch of sitting and having a coffee and chat when the work was done. Both mothers found the domestic help provided great assistance to them as they were both terminally ill and made them feel relaxed that their homes were still cleaned to their standards. We lost both within 3 months of each other so no longer use the service. However, as a family we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in their hour of need.

I am very happy and grateful for the care Everycare provide for my elderly mother. Nothing is ever too much trouble and there is always a helpful voice on the end of the phone. They are always kind, respectful thoughtful, with great patience and empathy. I couldn't ask for more! 10 out of 10!

The carers have shown great compassion and understanding with my grandfather in times of need giving him independence, treating him with respect and dignity. The team at Everycare have been a life saver for my family. I was very hesitant that they would not be able to provide any type of service for my mother and father, both in their 80's, with my mother having hoarding problems. Fortunately they were extremely understanding and between us made a workable plan that suits them. I fully trust our service provider and am confident that they are receiving the best of care in keeping their home as clean as it can be made.

I am very happy to report that I have found the service provided by Everycare Romford to be exemplary. In particular, the care and support afforded to my mother has been of a high standard but more importantly warm, sympathetic and companionable - friendliness being extremely important for an elderly lady. I have already recommended the company to a friend who has concerns about a relative.

Sadly, my 94-year-old father, had only 3 days experience of the care provided by the manager and her small team before his failing health forced a return to hospital. Nonetheless, I agree fully with the other positive reviews given for this company. Unfortunately, with the early demise of both my younger sister and mother, I have had considerable experience of the home care and care home industry. I have found that quite a few treat it as the latter - a profitable business with care as an add-on. Happily, while the managers company clearly needs to make a profit too, the over-riding impression given by her and her employees is that they genuinely care. They are engaging, easy to deal with and flexible. They really will go the 'extra mile' to look after their clients. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a home care company that provides an excellent, reliable service without costing the proverbial earth.
