I feel very lucky to have Everycare supporting my mum. All the staff are extremely warm and professional and responsive to my mum's needs. Alongside assisting her with her care needs they are fun and chatty. I can see a marked difference in her wellbeing since starting. I live a bit of a distance away
and it is so reassuring to read detailed notes on the app about visits. The office staff are excellent at communicating and I know I can contact them about any worry and they will respond. They provided amazing support in an emergency situation. They have been very flexible in providing different levels of care. Everycare are an outstanding provider. I feel very lucky to have this lovely team looking after my mum. It is such a relief to know I can totally trust them to keep my mum safe and well supported in her own home. Thank you Everycare.

The whole team are marvellous! Mum receives excellent care from all the carers that visit her. Jacqui is so helpful and courteous at all times. I can't recommend them enough! Since having Everycare it enables dad to take a step back and get the rest that he needs.

Mum has been receiving care from Everycare for the last couple of months, the carers have been fantastic with mum, always making sure that she is ready for her coffee mornings on a Wednesday, her hair and make up is always done. Communication is good, carers respond positively to any notes left, giving
me reassurance that mum is being well looked after. The office are always happy for me to pop in if I ever need anyone to talk to regarding mums care

Everycare has been excellent right from the start, have never let me down, my main carer is always on time, and she always goes the extra mile for me. The office staff are very accommodating and will change my call with out any problem should I need to reschedule it to attend appointments.

I have been with Everycare from September 2013 always friendly and caring are like friends more than carers some have helped me with paperwork I look forward to seeing them and the office staff are amazing nothing is to much for them if anyone asks me who are my carers I always recommend Everycare

I can only praise Everycare for their professionalism they cared for my uncle very well and provided much needed care, support and attention to both my uncle and myself they provided me with constant updates regarding his health and any concerns they may have had as well as listen to any I may have
had and tried to help find solutions. The staff were polite and courteous when I spoke with them and nothing was too much trouble. I can only have praise for Everycare and they should be very proud of the care they provide.

We have only had very positive experiences with Everycare who have provided visiting care to my father. Mum looks forward to seeing her carers I know she is in safe hands . I would rate 10 out of 10 . all her carers kind and easy to talk to always any problems regards mum I know straight away. If it was not for every care mum would be in a home they allow her to stay in her home be happy .mum as struggled
since dads passing but the carers are just fantastic I would recommend to anyone looking for kind hard working honest friendly carers.i made the right choice they did doubles too when dad was hear again not a bad word from my dad loved the carers. Medication given etc you can rely on . Office manager and staff are fantastic to easy to talk to regards mums needs.thank you all .

My mum, is very independent. She did not want care. We finally persuaded her to have someone in once a week, for a short visit.
She was assessed by Jane from Everycare. She understood exactly what my mother needed. A carer arrived every week. The communication was excellent. We knew the time and date,
and cost.
I want to say how impressed I was with the care and compassion the personnel showed. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The Everycare manager put a fantastic caring package in place for my 92 year old mother who had just come out of hospital. The manager made arrangements for morning and evening care at very short notice and this was vey much appreciated.
All the carers are kind and compassionate and sensitive to the
needs of an elderly lady suffering from numerous ailments and in a great deal of pain.
The leadership of the company is superb and time was taken by the manager and her deputy to address mum's specific needs and make adjustments where necessary.
All of the staff adhere to very high standards of hygiene and safety and it was reassuring to know that my mother was receiving the best possible care.
The stand out for me has been everyone's kindness and genuine concern for my mum.
I cannot recommend Everycare highly enough to anyone wanting to find help for a loved one.

Extremely professional, competent care for my mother, who's partially paralysed following a stroke. The whole team are extremely caring and happy to undertake any related tasks needed. Mum says, "I couldn't be more pleased with the care and kindness of the whole staff team and the consideration they
show me". Where we've any questions or concerns, they have been promptly dealt with in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the care that our mum has received. She looks forward to seeing the carers every visit, they have all been very caring and understanding towards mum. Communication has also been great any questions we have asked have been answered quickly. It has been a peace of mind for us as a family

What an Amazing Team. Any concerns or anxiety regarding my mother living at home with early signs of dementia have totally evaporated. Each carer plays a fantastic role in keeping mum happy, well cared for, safe and valued whilst also keeping her dignity. Communication of needs and changing situations
has been seamless which is paramount in a progressive illness like dementia. Everycare have been faultless from each individual carer up to the Team leader. Myself and my family would highly recommend the Everycare Team.

The Manager at Everycare stepped in at very short notice when my father-in-law was in crisis, providing a next-day assessment and daily carers. A small team provided consistency of care with kindness and professionalism, and in due course, they also provided care for my mother-in-law. In addition to
providing practical care, the team's daily visits did much to maintain spirits and wellbeing, bringing a breath of fresh air into the house every day. with the managers kind help and support when both my in-laws were hospitalised, even calling the hospital for updates, was a huge help to the family and much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and her team.

Homecare responded to my phone call asking for support very quickly, and arranged a meeting within the week - my father was very poorly and they were sensitive, rapid and appropriate when setting up the care. My step mother immediately warmed to the care coordinator who did a great job listening and
responding to their concerns and needs.
The care was given by a core group of healthcare assistants meaning there was good consistency, when in the home they were respectful and kind, providing needed support not just to my father but also to family who were under a lot of pressure. The health care assistants were professional and worked well with other health teams that were involved at the time.
I really appreciate the hard work and kindness shown by the whole team, it made a very difficult situation easier and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Everycare are currently providing live in care to my father. He has one principal carer and a leave cover carer. Both carers are professional, diligent, tolerant and kind, particularly when the frustration that can come with dependency boils over. We have used Everycare services over a number of years.
Many of the carers have become friends. My only suggestion is for greater two-way communication between the organisation and the carers themselves as these staff are very precious.

We used Everycare for us both two years ago and they were so helpful and friendly and caring we were pleased to have them again when my husband became ill late last year. They have been with us since and care will be ongoing. They have been gentle and caring and always there to allay any fears or answer
questions. The office staff are more than helpful and go out of their way to please and are happy to fit in our requested visiting times. We highly recommend Everycare. Good value as well!
