Everycare Central Surrey provided exceptional care for the last 6 months. At assessment they were supportive and understanding of needs. Reluctance to accept care was quickly overcome and carer visits became a welcome highlight. After a hospital admission they immediately stepped up care covering personal care, medicines, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and washing. The option of call out visits anytime was important to me not living nearby. In a recent crisis, prompt 24 hour care was invaluable to avoid hospital admission. Care was sincere and responsive and I felt confident, supported and well informed. I can strongly recommend their care.

Everycare has been visiting my elderly mother to provide home care for a number of years now. Their care has been brilliant, their visits are the highlights of my mother's day. I am incredibly impressed with their care, kindness and service. Both the carers and the office staff always 'go above and beyond the call of duty' and are all totally fantastic. I have used the services of Everycare (East Surrey) for approximately 7-8 years now and have always been afforded dignity & care. The carers have always been professional, caring with a smile and time for a chat whilst the office staff are very efficient and always contactable either during office hours or via their oncall out of hours services. I would always recommend the services of Everycare (East Surrey) and in fact I have done so to potential users incase they reside within the ares covered by Everycare (East Surrey).

I feel very lucky to have Everycare supporting my mum. All the staff are extremely warm and professional and responsive to my mum's needs. Alongside assisting her with her care needs they are fun and chatty. I can see a marked difference in her wellbeing since starting. I live a bit of a distance away and it is so reassuring to read detailed notes on the app about visits. The office staff are excellent at communicating and I know I can contact them about any worry and they will respond. They provided amazing support in an emergency situation. They have been very flexible in providing different levels of care. Everycare are an outstanding provider. I feel very lucky to have this lovely team looking after my mum. The whole team are marvellous! Mum receives excellent care from all the carers that visit her. Jacqui is so helpful and courteous at all times. I can't recommend them enough! Since having Everycare it enables dad to take a step back and get the rest that he needs.

Mum has been receiving care from Everycare for the last couple of months, the carers have been fantastic with mum, always making sure that she is ready for her coffee mornings on a Wednesday, her hair and make up is always done. Communication is good, carers respond positively to any notes left, giving me reassurance that mum is being well looked after. The office are always happy for me to pop in if I ever need anyone to talk to regarding mums care

Everycare has been excellent right from the start, have never let me down, my main carer is always on time, and she always goes the extra mile for me. The office staff are very accommodating and will change my call with out any problem should I need to reschedule it to attend appointments.

I can only praise Everycare for their professionalism they cared for my uncle very well and provided much needed care, support and attention to both my uncle and myself they provided me with constant updates regarding his health and any concerns they may have had as well as listen to any I may have had and tried to help find solutions. The staff were polite and courteous when I spoke with them and nothing was too much trouble. I can only have praise for Everycare and they should be very proud of the care they provide.

We have only had very positive experiences with Everycare who have provided visiting care to my father. All the carers have been kind and compassionate and I have recommended Everycare to other people. They were able to step in recently at short notice; nothing is too much trouble. We have been very grateful to get to know them.

Mum looks forward to seeing her carers I know she is in safe hands . I would rate 10 out of 10 . all her carers kind and easy to talk to always any problems regards mum I know straight away. If it was not for every care mum would be in a home they allow her to stay in her home be happy .mum as struggled since dads passing but the carers are just fantastic I would recommend to anyone looking for kind hard working honest friendly carers.i made the right choice they did doubles too when dad was hear again not a bad word from my dad loved the carers. Medication given etc you can rely on . Office manager and staff are fantastic to easy to talk to regards mums needs.thank you all .
