The care was given by a core group of healthcare assistants meaning there was good consistency, when in the home they were respectful and kind, providing needed support not just to my father but also to family who were under a lot of pressure. Many of the carers have become friends. My only suggestion is for greater two-way communication between the organisation and the carers themselves as these staff are very precious.
