Overall Experience

The Everycare manager put a fantastic caring package in place for my 92 year old mother who had just come out of hospital. The manager made arrangements for morning and evening care at very short notice and this was vey much appreciated.
All the carers are kind and compassionate and sensitive to the

needs of an elderly lady suffering from numerous ailments and in a great deal of pain.
The leadership of the company is superb and time was taken by the manager and her deputy to address mum's specific needs and make adjustments where necessary.
All of the staff adhere to very high standards of hygiene and safety and it was reassuring to know that my mother was receiving the best possible care.
The stand out for me has been everyone's kindness and genuine concern for my mum.
I cannot recommend Everycare highly enough to anyone wanting to find help for a loved one.

Overall Experience

The Manager at Everycare stepped in at very short notice when my father-in-law was in crisis, providing a next-day assessment and daily carers. A small team provided consistency of care with kindness and professionalism, and in due course, they also provided care for my mother-in-law. In addition to

providing practical care, the team's daily visits did much to maintain spirits and wellbeing, bringing a breath of fresh air into the house every day. with the managers kind help and support when both my in-laws were hospitalised, even calling the hospital for updates, was a huge help to the family and much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and her team.

Overall Experience

Homecare responded to my phone call asking for support very quickly, and arranged a meeting within the week - my father was very poorly and they were sensitive, rapid and appropriate when setting up the care. My step mother immediately warmed to the care coordinator who did a great job listening and

responding to their concerns and needs.
The care was given by a core group of healthcare assistants meaning there was good consistency, when in the home they were respectful and kind, providing needed support not just to my father but also to family who were under a lot of pressure. The health care assistants were professional and worked well with other health teams that were involved at the time.
I really appreciate the hard work and kindness shown by the whole team, it made a very difficult situation easier and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Overall Experience

Everycare are currently providing live in care to my father. He has one principal carer and a leave cover carer. Both carers are professional, diligent, tolerant and kind, particularly when the frustration that can come with dependency boils over. We have used Everycare services over a number of years.

Many of the carers have become friends. My only suggestion is for greater two-way communication between the organisation and the carers themselves as these staff are very precious.

Overall Experience

We used Everycare for us both two years ago and they were so helpful and friendly and caring we were pleased to have them again when my husband became ill late last year. They have been with us since and care will be ongoing. They have been gentle and caring and always there to allay any fears or answer

questions. The office staff are more than helpful and go out of their way to please and are happy to fit in our requested visiting times. We highly recommend Everycare. Good value as well!

Overall Experience

The Manager is great. She's very good and kind. She gets on with the job and does it well. I feel well looked after and supported. Very reasonable. Always on time and never late. We have a good laugh, friendly person to be around.

Overall Experience

My husband and I were very pleased with the care provided for him by "Everycare". We both experienced kindness and courtesy from the carers, who all worked hard and in a professional manner. On the rare occasions, a carer was unable to arrive at the expected times, we appreciated being informed in advance,

even when the delay was only going to be a few minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Overall Experience

My mum has received carers since December 2023. This is a very new experience for her and at first she thought it would be for a temporary period only. However, soon after the carers started to visit (3 times a day) Mum realised and said “I couldn’t do without them”. This says it all, I feel at ease

as Mum is being looked after and is being kept safe whilst still living in her own home, which is very important to Mum.

Overall Experience

I have been very happy with the service provided by Everycare (Central Surrey) Ltd. They have been helping my disabled older brother for some years now. They visit him at least three times a day, and always do the full half-hour or full-hour visit, helping him with washing, dressing, providing meals,

ordering his shopping, providing him with company, and generally monitoring his safety and well-being. They accompany him to external appointments when I am unable to. (This contrasts with his previous care agency, which did only the minimum.) I consider Everycare Central Surrey to go above and beyond. They also seem to be a very well-run organization.

Overall Experience

I needed a carer to look after my husband in order that I might have a break as he couldn't be left for any length of time. They were extremely understanding and very helpful in every way which was fortuitous as unexpectedly I was myself taken into hospital in that any trouble, they managed to provide

us with live-in help. They continue to be extremely kind, understanding and providing help in a quiet, kind and gentle way for which I shall be very grateful.

Recently, we set up a comprehensive home care plan with Everycare for my mother, who was discharged from the hospital a few weeks ago. We cannot speak highly enough of her home carer and the colleagues who provide assistance to aid my mother's mobility. It is very reassuring to know that her needs are

being addressed so comprehensively, with care and compassion, building her confidence through her rehabilitation. We have seen real progress, and everyone has been such good company for my mother. Without a doubt, a very strong ethos of care and compassion, where the needs and interests of the client are first and foremost, underpinning the work of Everycare. Thank you.

Overall Experience

Everycare have been caring for my father for a few years. From February 2023, he has been bedridden and receiving end of life care. The care he receives is exceptional. Every carer that attends does so with compassion, even when he has been particularly grumpy and difficult. Thankfully, they have the

measure of him. A special mention for everyone that now does the night shift. They are an immense help and I feel happier knowing my mum has the help needed to care for him. I cannot fault the help we receive and would highly recommend Everycare.
