My husband and I were very pleased with the care provided for him by "Everycare". We both experienced kindness and courtesy from the carers, who all worked hard and in a professional manner. On the rare occasions, a carer was unable to arrive at the expected times, we appreciated being informed in advance, even when the delay was only going to be a few minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My mum has received carers since December 2023. This is a very new experience for her and at first she thought it would be for a temporary period only. However, soon after the carers started to visit (3 times a day) Mum realised and said “I couldn’t do without them”. This says it all, I feel at ease as Mum is being looked after and is being kept safe whilst still living in her own home, which is very important to Mum.

I have been very happy with the service provided by Everycare (Central Surrey) Ltd. They have been helping my disabled older brother for some years now. They visit him at least three times a day, and always do the full half-hour or full-hour visit, helping him with washing, dressing, providing meals, ordering his shopping, providing him with company, and generally monitoring his safety and well-being. They accompany him to external appointments when I am unable to. (This contrasts with his previous care agency, which did only the minimum.) I consider Everycare Central Surrey to go above and beyond. They also seem to be a very well-run organization.

I needed a carer to look after my husband in order that I might have a break as he couldn't be left for any length of time. They were extremely understanding and very helpful in every way which was fortuitous as unexpectedly I was myself taken into hospital in that any trouble, they managed to provide us with live-in help. They continue to be extremely kind, understanding and providing help in a quiet, kind and gentle way for which I shall be very grateful.

Recently, we set up a comprehensive home care plan with Everycare for my mother, who was discharged from the hospital a few weeks ago. We cannot speak highly enough of her home carer and the colleagues who provide assistance to aid my mother's mobility. It is very reassuring to know that her needs are being addressed so comprehensively, with care and compassion, building her confidence through her rehabilitation. We have seen real progress, and everyone has been such good company for my mother. Without a doubt, a very strong ethos of care and compassion, where the needs and interests of the client are first and foremost, underpinning the work of Everycare. Thank you.

Everycare have been caring for my father for a few years. From February 2023, he has been bedridden and receiving end of life care. The care he receives is exceptional. Every carer that attends does so with compassion, even when he has been particularly grumpy and difficult. Thankfully, they have the measure of him. A special mention for everyone that now does the night shift. They are an immense help and I feel happier knowing my mum has the help needed to care for him. I cannot fault the help we receive and would highly recommend Everycare.

Everycare have been excellent. They always let me know if there is a change in time or carer. They are polite and reliable. The carers are adaptable and supportive yet not intrusive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Everycare.

Everycare Central Surrey are really good. They do what they say they will do. Office support is good. Most importantly, their carers are consistently good, and (very importantly) they do actually care. The company holds onto good carers for a long time, meaning that the personnel are not changing all the time.

The staff are always very helpful on the telephone. My uncle likes all the carers. It is a real comfort to know he has support which he is happy and relaxed with. All communication is dealt with in a timely manner.

My family and I have been very impressed with the care that the Everycare team offered to my mother-in-law. It was clear that they had her best interests at heart and got to know her very well. Any queries or problems were resolved quickly. She was looked after by some very dedicated and resilient carers who treated my mother-in-law patiently and respectfully, finding ways of making her as content as possible. As my mother-in-law's condition deteriorated we had to deal with some very challenging circumstances. The Management team stepped in to help at very short notice - going above and beyond our expectations. Thank you to everyone involved in her care. I can't imagine that all Care Agencies are as good as Everycare.

When I was in hospital staff at Everycare office emailed me and text me to check if I was OK. Just because I was in the hospital they didn't stop the involvement in the care. I appreciate this very much Excellent quality care.

My review is only relevant for support on the computer. I would ask Everycare for more assistance in the future if needed.

The main thing is that you all as a team made the life of an elderly lady brighter with your visits, the day to day stories of families, pets and of course gardens. What else can you ask for! A big thank you.

Everycare has been caring for my mum for the past few years. They have always been very helpful when I have needed to change the date and number of visits. They have cared for Mum really well as her needs increased and made useful suggestions to make life easier for her. They have been really kind to her and enabled her to stay at home for as long as possible.

Great carer provided for my mother, who is on her own and needs daily attention. My mother was wary at first, but the delightful carer provided won her over, and now they are best buddies! A great solution for all as she gets to stay in her own home rather than go into a home.

Everycare Central Surrey have been providing support for my elderly parents for nearly 18 months. They provide a high-quality level of care and the staff are reliable, caring and friendly. My parents look forward to their visits and value the practical help they provide, as well as the cheerful social interaction. I've found the management and office team communication to be excellent - always prompt to respond to any queries/requests I have, and they alert me to any concerns relating to my parents. The team always do their best to be flexible with regards to changing care needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Everycare Central Surrey.

Everycare Central Surrey, provided a superb service for my late father over a period of more than 18 months, including end of life support. The live-in and domiciliary care staff were extremely kind and professional and the relationship they developed with Dad was clearly based on mutual respect and affection. The office and management teams were also very helpful and supportive, always providing the flexibility of provision that was needed to support Dad as his mobility declined.
