Everycare Central Surrey, provided a superb service for my late father over a period of more than 18 months, including end of life support. The live-in and domiciliary care staff were extremely kind and professional and the relationship they developed with Dad was clearly based on mutual respect and affection. The office and management teams were also very helpful and supportive, always providing the flexibility of provision that was needed to support Dad as his mobility declined.

Everycare is very conscientious, caring and pro-active in providing daily support for my friend. During the rise of the Covid-19 Pandemic, they have never ceased to provide daily support and care. The team are reliable, reassuring and maintain excellent communications with relatives and myself, a close friend of the client. They were recommended to me some years ago, and have been wonderful in supporting my friend ever since.

I cannot fault the amazing service that my mother-in-law has had from Everycare throughout the pandemic. They have managed to provide twice-daily care with no interruption and have kept me well informed about any concerns. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they have been wonderful.

Excellent 24-hour home care for my father who has dementia. Nursing support has been a wonderful help for my mother so she is able to carry on with day to day activities; she need not worry about my father knowing professional carers are looking after him.

Everycare Central Surrey have been visiting my mother for the past 3 months after her recent diagnosis of Alzheimer’s. As well as taking all precautions during COVID-19 they have been extremely professional, friendly and have turned what was a very scary diagnosis into a happy and not so scary experience. I would like to thank every member of Everycare for their exceptional and outstanding care, love and support towards my mother!

Although I haven’t been with the company very long and I do not want to tempt fate. So far they have shown to be competent and very caring. Everyone goes above and beyond in the work that they do and are always there if you need them. Long may it continue this way. My review relates from May to current.

Life has been much easier since Everycare has been helping, I could not have coped without them.

I found the service very professional and caring. The carers were always on time and if held up, I was always contacted.

We could not recommend the care manager and his team more highly. They strike the difficult balance of exceptional care and organisational effectiveness brilliantly which I believe is difficult. I can’t thank them all enough for the fabulous care they have given my Dad for several years now.

I am very grateful to the Everycare staff who have visited us several days each week since around April 2019. They have been very sensitive to my wife's needs and also to my own lack of mobility since three-leg operations in 2019. My wife's memory is not good, and the carers have often come when we have been having a row, about the next meal usually. They have calmed things down, taken her for walks or visits to garden centres etc. I am very grateful to them.

Everycare have exceeded my expectations in the care they have been able to provide for my elderly father. The carers have been sympathetic and responsive to his needs. The management have listened to our requirements in terms of care requirements and timings and ensured that these are met. Over the past months, I have built up a lot of confidence in the organisation and the individual carers and am most grateful for the peace of mind I have as a result of their support.

Everycare have been kind, sympathetic and efficient, putting live in care in place promptly and being flexible when we wished to change cover arrangements to domiciliary.

Everycare continues to provide the highest level of care for my mother. All the staff are genuinely caring, compassionate and highly professional. Any queries are dealt with within a very short period of time, at any time of the day or night. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

Although I understand that we only use Everycare on an ad hoc basis it would be much appreciated if there were more consistency on the carer provided. My aunt's only concern is that she keeps getting different carers. There is no actual problem with the care provided.

However, this has not at all been the case this year and the carers are obliging, cooperative and very efficient. They certainly concentrate on my husband's welfare.

The service is of a very high standard. I'm always kept fully informed, introduced to carers and any requests are met promptly. Carers have been excellent. They are professional, caring, meticulous with needs, cleanliness and nutrition. They create a calm and easy atmosphere that is efficient and trustworthy. I can fully rely on the support they give and have complete peace of mind when I'm away.
