Everycare is very conscientious, caring and pro-active in providing daily support for my friend. During the rise of the Covid-19 Pandemic, they have never ceased to provide daily support and care. The team are reliable, reassuring and maintain excellent communications with relatives and myself, a close friend of the client. They were recommended to me some years ago, and have been wonderful in supporting my friend ever since.

I cannot fault the amazing service that my mother-in-law has had from Everycare throughout the pandemic. They have managed to provide twice-daily care with no interruption and have kept me well informed about any concerns. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they have been wonderful.

Excellent 24-hour home care for my father who has dementia. Nursing support has been a wonderful help for my mother so she is able to carry on with day to day activities; she need not worry about my father knowing professional carers are looking after him.

Everycare always provides an excellent service and this was highlighted during the height of the Covid-19 crisis when they continued to provide excellent ‘continuity of care’ for our elderly mother with their morning visits (one hour). Their visits always enhance Mum both psychologically (they always cheer her up) and physically.

Everycare Central Surrey have been visiting my mother for the past 3 months after her recent diagnosis of Alzheimer’s. As well as taking all precautions during COVID-19 they have been extremely professional, friendly and have turned what was a very scary diagnosis into a happy and not so scary experience. I am very grateful to the Everycare staff who have visited us several days each week since around April 2019. They have been very sensitive to my wife's needs and also to my own lack of mobility since three-leg operations in 2019. My wife's memory is not good, and the carers have often come when we have been having a row, about the next meal usually. They have calmed things down, taken her for walks or visits to garden centres etc. I am very grateful to them.

Everycare have exceeded my expectations in the care they have been able to provide for my elderly father. The carers have been sympathetic and responsive to his needs. The management have listened to our requirements in terms of care requirements and timings and ensured that these are met. Over the past months, I have built up a lot of confidence in the organisation and the individual carers and am most grateful for the peace of mind I have as a result of their support.

Although I understand that we only use Everycare on an ad hoc basis it would be much appreciated if there were more consistency on the carer provided. My aunt's only concern is that she keeps getting different carers. There is no actual problem with the care provided.

The service is of a very high standard. I'm always kept fully informed, introduced to carers and any requests are met promptly. Carers have been excellent. They are professional, caring, meticulous with needs, cleanliness and nutrition. They create a calm and easy atmosphere that is efficient and trustworthy. Jane started with Everycare back in 2014. She has been a Care Coordinator and Deputy Manager since 2018. Jane became our Registered Manager in 2021.
