We have been so fortunate to have chosen I Care, it was a very anxious time knowing we had to chose a company to take on my husbands care.. in actual fact the carers have become more like family. I can relax while they are here and know he is in safe hands. They have helped to contact district nurses, and will inform me of any changes in health that they observe so I can let the gp know. I am more than happy at this time to put my loved one in their care.

My family have been working with ICare for the last 16 months as they provide Home Care Support to our mum. Throughout the last 16 months the care staff team have been exceptional. A caring and really supportive team who go above and beyond to make sure that our mum receives the best care possible. Nothing is too much trouble. The care team are supported by the office staff who also do an amazing job. I frequently contact the office and they are always willing to help and where required communicate messages to the care staff if I have requested for something specific to be done. ICare use an app report system is an amazing tool for my family especially as we do not live near our mum. The App provides us with current up to date care provision reports so we can see and read what the care team have done for our mum. I would highly recommend ICare, a wonderful care service.

Standards changed once the management team changed. Firstly the care team were good with my parents. The company and management were very poor. The care team didn't know if they were coming or going. Staff shortages resulted in hit and miss visits. Evening calls were not consistent. After being accused of all sorts (still being accused) we took the difficult decision to change care companies. My parents were accused of tittle tattle, and telling lies. Very upsetting. Proof was offered that my parents were not lying, however Icare management declined to see the proof. Make your own judgement. I can only speak of our experience. My previous review received a reply which was unjustified and I was advised to add another review. As I have said this is our experience. My parents miss some of the carers because they made friendships.

I have nothing but admiration for these workers who work for this company. They are honest, reliable and lovely people. They have respect for the clients and are trustworthy with money and no job is too small. They are a mixed bunch of all kinds of nationalities working on behalf of the client and I didn't feel pressured by them. The Administrator who works in the office was extremely professional in getting my meds sorted, they are just lovely people. All of them who I have met. Keep up the good work

I Care have been providing care to my Mum for 3 weeks now, very nice staff who take the time to listen and give care the way she wants. Can't fault them, really. The managers have been really helpful, and even sorted out a lift for Mum to hospital so she didn't have to wait for an ambulance. Sometimes the care is late but they always call Mum to let her know.

Recently there have been some staff changes but nothing too disruptive, it has been well managed to minimise the impact on my family. Greatly appreciated!

Training possibly not all that good - a good few issues experienced with basic care procedures - inexcusable.

As many changes go on, I'd be really upset to lose them.

I would like to thank all the lovely carers from I Care that so lovingly and happily looked after my Mum for over the last 12 months. She loved you all and were an endless source of help to her and all the family. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
